This company has the oddest return policy I've ever come across. If you need to return a product they somehow feel they have the right to keep what you paid for shipping charges. It's actually written right in their return policy. At first I thought it was to cover return shipping but they told me to just throw the product away? I also called and emailed their customer service and never got a response. They sent me a survey and it had a comments section which I filled out. Never got a response.I'd say if you're looking for any kind of cover steer clear of this company. They're dishonest and their customer service is awful.

I recently sent a request to Coverbonanza to help me find a set of covers for my outdoor furniture.They kept in contact with me relaying what they found. We had a emergency and was unable toTo move forward with our purchase. Great Customer Service and will deal with Cover BonanzaIn the future. Thank you for all your effort.

I purchased a fire pit cover knowing they have a 30 day return policy. The size I received is smaller than what I need so I wanted to exchange for a bigger size (at day 45). They refused. Their website does not say anything about a time limit on an exchange. I would actually be paying more for the larger product. They don't get it. I will never purchase from them again and encourage you to not deal with a company that is so inflexible.

The only reason I gave one star is it is the worst rating available,"BEWARE" This company does NOT honor their warranty!!I purchased a cover for my RV and after only 6 months the top fell apart, to th point when I touched it the fabric latterly turned to powder. I contacted them via email and received a response of "Due to the virus will will get back to you in 30 days. After 45 days I tried to contact them again and received a response of you need to file a warranty claim. I did that and included all requested documents plus photos of the damage. Sent additional emails 3 times only to receive the same form letter we will get back to you in 30 days. That was 91 days ago! I call the dealer that I purchased through and was told they cannot contact Classic Accessories and customers are angry with them. Classic Accessories is a RIPE OFF, BEWARE!!!beware111

I've done business with Duck Covers in the past and was very happy with their product and customer service however, Classic Accessories is horrible. They don't return my calls or emails and now their voice mail says they are not accepting new messages....who does that? I understand a lot of people are working from home right now (including myself) but how difficult is it to return a call? I was charged for an extra item, charged for shipping (even though they are offering free shipping), and haven't received my items because they used the wrong mailing address. I won't do business with them again and would not recommend them.

I purchase 2 outdoor chaise lounges givers and quality and fit outstanding. Unfortunately after 1 plus years the inside of covers seemed to breakdown in AZ heat. I contacted customer service and filled out required form and I was shipped 2 replacement at no charge.It's great to experience such exceptional customer service that stands behind product, customer friendly and responsive.I believe the new ones wee redesigned.Steve

I purchased chair, couch and table covers made by Classic Accessories 3-years ago for our deck and porch furniture. The covers are well made, great quality (I get compliments on the covers) and fit. They have held up to year round exposure to SC sun and when there has been fabric weakening Classic Accessories has made good on their warranty. I am now looking for a boat cover and will definitely source Classic Accessories if possible.
