I searched online and called many CPA firms looking for help with a tax issue. After many no returned calls and/or emails from CPAs in the area, Leah from Clark and Associates sent an email offering help. Nothing but good things to say about the business. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I found the location and business hours convenient, but many options were presented in case i didn't have time to stop by. So glad to work with a great firm.

We found Clark & Associates via the the bulletin at St Anthony in Renton and hired them to do our tax return. They did our taxes for one tax year and, out of the blue and without explanation, sent us an email and certified letter saying that they would no longer be working with us. They did good work but I wish we had gone with someone else - had we known they would no longer want to work with us, without explanation, we would have chosen a different firm (saving everyone a lot of time and effort). We also asked if they could recommend another accounting firm and they declined. I would strongly recommend anyone needing an accountant look elsewhere, where they'll be treated decently.

Took a chance by reading the reviews. Did not get the service I was expecting mostly by poor communication. Made multiple attempts to communicate even to someone higher up but no luck. Owner never followed up as well or hard to get in touch with.

It was so easy to work with the entire team and they were always so responsive! It was easy for me to use their client portal to upload 50+ documents and add notes for items that needed a little more explanation. Any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly so I understood the "why" of it instead of just the "what". We participated in a 1031 exchange last year and were overwhelmed with the details of figuring out the tax implications, but our worries all went away once we handed over the documents to the team. They definitely took the stress out of tax season! I will be using them for many years to come! 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone!
