Our taxes are done, submitted and we currently received a refund from the IRS. It took an extension for us this year with our taxes. Sharon did a very good job, however it took longer than normal. We had all paperwork into Capital before the end of February. What we did not know at the time was the abrupt turnover of their staff at the most critical time. A shared comment explaining the situation would have been very helpful in calming our minds at the time. We understand now the circumstances and will continue to support the Capital Tax Service staff going forward.

Capital Tax Service is just that! It’s CAPITAL! Our first year with them I was a bit anxious because everything was done by computer. For someone my age that’s a bit scary but boy was it fast! The expert we were working with was so kind and understanding of our lack of understanding of some things. We had an internet outage during a subsequent preparation and he helped us figure out how to get information to him when we had to go back to the days of yesterday and he never got upset with us and we were very upset! The most important things…we had confidence in the work that was done, the taxes were submitted before the deadline and we got a very nice return. Thank you, Mike!

We have been using Capital Tax Service since they were in Kent, Washington. They are very fast, good at what they do and alway very friendly. If I have any questions, all I have to do is call and I get an answer right then or that day. We moved out of state but we still use them to do our taxes. After the 10 years that we have been with Capital, we only trust them to prepare our taxes. In all those years we have used their services, I have never been audited (knock od wood).

Excellent customer service. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible. Much appreciate the calls and messages to get our taxes done before deadline dates. No problem asking to get a paper copy of our tax return at their office in Kent. Thank you very much Capital Tax staff!
