Last year, my Husband and I decided to remodel our kitchen. I had a bad experience with this company. As soon as we receive the cabinets, we lose contact with the seller in the store from whom you buy the cabinets. The installers who set up the cabinets don't know what to do. They were trying to fix their lousy cabinet by making a new scroll-through to make things work. The cabinet materials were so bad, getting scratched so easily. The countertop granite gets easily damaged. Also, they have a lot of mistakes when it comes to design. Which is a waste of money and time!!!

We went to the store in Kent and meet Aaron Lund He was amazing. He took our half formed ideas and made them into reality. He brought up great suggestions that only an experienced planner would understand. The product was high quality and looks beautiful
The carpenter Jason that he recommended was very professional and very meticulous.He never left a mess and worked with the unique design of our kitchen

had a great experience at Cabinets To Go, in Kent Wa. the salesman ,Arron Lund was very professional in showing and telling me about cabinets and countertops, in which i was interested in. Arron showed care and concern and made sure i got exactly what i wanted at a good price. The atmosphere was very nice, friendly and genuine..
Arron, i know my son said the word filthy a lot, but filthy means nice, good, clean, etc

I had nothing but problems with this company. Mismeasured originally which created delays and required a whole wall of cabinets to be replaced. The only saving grace was I paid a fee to have their installed measure the job despite using my own contractor. This saved me from the liability for the cost of the repair. The designer apparently was a rookie and more or less made my house chaos for a few months. My contractor has installed many kitchens and his opinion of the quality of these cabinets as wanting.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Terrible customer service! Teddy, the CS rep in Kent is inexperienced and NOT DETAILED. The Supervisor of customer service Sonya is RUDE and CONDESCENDING. I put in an order for standard cabinets, not custom, and Teddy screwd up on the color I had chosen. Instead of owning his mistake and inexperience by taking them back, I got stuck with the wrong cabinets. My contractor, nor I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

I just wanted to say BIG thank you to Aaron at Cabinets To Go. Of all the cabinet showrooms I visited you were warm and welcoming and easily laid out all of the options that best suited this project. Also, thanks to your team for the quick turn around. Communication during the lead time was appreciated as well. Cabinets are installed in the law office I designed, they look GREAT! Will definitely return for future projects. (Note to customers: this location is on a busy street and easy to pass by, but worth it!)

not a good experienceTo their credit, management has responded and said that they will correct the situation. Based on results, I will edit this review as needed.The company did respond to correct the issues... however, despite this, the inconvenience of having to reschedule a few crews (as we are doing the entire common area)--having to store and cook food in other areas of the house, etc. I cannot recommend this company but if you choose to hire them; despite who will do the actual work, make sure you pay the $108 to have their man measure the job. Because I had the presence of mind to do this, the entire liability for the mistakes fell solely on them. I am not sure what would have transpired had I not done that. But I suspect the onus would have been on the customer if I had not taken that precautionary step.The people were, to their positive points; always courteous and professional. The structure of the company is sound and the ones that saw to things getting corrected, were very helpful and pleasant. So perhaps I was a bit harsh but the whole episode really was annoying.
