Absolutely by far the worst service department around!My vehicle went in for an oil change and a recall was checked and now I will be without the car for upwards of 3 months waiting for them to even look at the issue.No rental provided and no sense of urgency or customer service.

I never really liked my experience here but I got my 22 Maverick, I have bad recall after recall and they have been HORRIBLE about handling the issues. I take it to get serviced they said they couldn't do the recall but they could do the oil change and what not, but i go to pick it up and was told by Eric everything went well but never told me they serviced the recall... they removed my back seat and did their thing I guess, they buried my sound system wires, left random bolt on my back seat, scuffed up and scratched the back center console, my gas mileage went from mid-high 500 mpg with a full tank and now it only shows high 200 mpg, there's a chip in my windshield, the truck has just been "fixed" and everything is off or u know... SO I notify them of the situation, they arrange a valet pick up and drop off service and you think okay, they're gonna make this right. But you'd be wrong, they were hours late picking up the truck, we're moving across the country and this is the last piece of the puzzle so we can meet our belongings at our destination and our place is empty we are trying to go, they're suppose to drop it off fixed same day, they call and say they can't bring it back till tomorrow, I call them 3X and have yet to receive a call back from them. I hate this place and honestly am afraid of what they're about to do to my vehicle without even discussing with me why they have to keep it. DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!

WE brought our 2019 Ford Escape in for routine Maintenance and a check engine light that was on. We also had side blind zone sensors going off inadverantly. We have the Ford Maintenance Plan and Ford Extended Warranty plan that is still in effect. We dropped our vehicle off on a Thursday morning. The service advisor was told to contact my wife with any questions.The service advisor then started calling me, three times on Thursday. The check engine light was due to PCV valve needing to be replaced. $599, I told the service advisor that it would be covered under said plans. She then called me again saying they couldn't get the side blind zone monitur to go off, that they would charge $230 for that and o and our vehicle wouldn't be ready until late Friday.My wife went in on Friday at about 5:45pm to pick up the vehicle. She paid the $230 (I told her don't do it) The check engine light hadn't been taken care of. It would now be Monday at 1pm before we could pick the vehicle up. When we went in, we had to wait 30 minutes before they finally brought our vehicle around. They didn't bother to clean it or give us an apology. I doubt if they ever bothered to look at the side blind zone sensor that they charged $230 for.We will never do business here again. We bought our first car here (1979 Ford Mustang new) Three years later, in 1982, they screwed up a simple oil change and 3 weeks later we had to replace the top end of our engine. We;re now going through the same issues 40 years later. Unprofessional treatment of us as customers. I'm done with BS Ford(they're full of BS) They're unprofessional and don't understand basic customer service.

Parker has been very helpful. He is a great asset to Bowen Scarff. My F150 Hybrid has a long history of issues since I purchase from your dealership in Aug with 13 miles. I sincerely hope that the issues have been resolved this after 6 days in the shop. Five stars to the dealership, one star to Ford

Jason Granstrand was very helpful and honest when we came in today for a new car. He was super helpful at finding us a car that not only fit my needs but also wishes we had as to our upgrade. I am glad he stayed late and made sure we were well taken care of. I look forward to seeing them again soon for our next adventure.

Had my 2016 focus in for diagnosing a windshield wiper fault. I spoke with Corinne, one of the advisors on the phone. After one hour the technician said one of the wiper motors was bad. I replaced the motor with a new genuine Ford part. Issue unresolved. Made an appointment with Evergreen automotive on pac highway in fife. They found the problem instantly and fixed it less than an hour. Routine maintenance at bowen scarff is one thing. But go somewhere else if it's something out of the ordinary.

Charging $5k OVER MSRP! A disgrace to Ford to allow this practice. When confronted, manager said "this is our price" and didn't care in the slightest I said I would report them.

The person processing the paperwork did not seem to be able to explain the charges. They were unable to remove the error code before we arrived to pick it up. We had been called hours earlier saying it was ready. Had to go back in, have the service person check it and wait 20 minutes for resolution.

My family is growing so we had to sell one of our sedans, and Katrina made it so easy!She was friendly and efficient, and I feel I was offered a fair amount for my beloved old car. I would definitely work with her again on my next purchase or sale.

Buying a car is only step one of the life of a car which consists of driving it, and maintaining it. The service department here is horrendous. My car was overheating, and I told the staff exactly what was wrong, and what to do. While having my car for 2 entire days, I was told various different things that were wrong with it, and that they couldn't find why it was overheating. There is a well-known problem with the cooling fan plug on 2014 Mustangs, and I told them this. One of the notes from the tech says "Wiggled the fan connector... fan then came on ... seems to work now but not sure". All they had to do was unplug the connector, and they would have seen charred metal and melted plastic. In the end, they flushed the cooling system, replaced the thermostat, and charged me $878.48. I then went home and cut out the connector and hard-wired the connection for pennies - which is what I should have done in the first place. This place is a SCAM. Stay away!
