I can not rave about Dan and this business enough. Came in for repair of a wiper arm. Dan took care of it quickly, efficiently and did not charge an arm and a leg to fix it. Dan has earned any future business from me and I will be referring family members who need any repairs. It's great to see local businesses being part of the community. I would recommend Import Auto because of honesty. I called and asked a question and felt the owner was genuine and honest. He never said bring it in, and I'll have a look at it, which would have included a charge. When the time comes for service, I will go to Import Auto.

Dan was quick, informative, and truly cares about his customers. He was able to let me know what the problem was and break things down to my understanding. He gave me options for different types of repairs and felt no pressure at all here. Glad to have taken my 2001 Camry to his shop. Highly recommended!

Brought in my bmw z3 for a cylinder misfire. Dan was able to diagnose and fix my problem along with replacing my radiator, coolant, and filters, ready for me the next day. Pricing is decent, will be coming back

Wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars! Can't recommend them high enough! Dan has helped us with a disputed repair from BMW Northwest and later with an insurance company. They fixed our Beemer when BMW said weneeded a new engine with less than 100k. Their Master mechanic said the crank was bad. Import fixed the bad coils and saved us thousands! Finding an honest repair shop is worth its weight in gold!

Recently moved from California and needed a mechanic to fix my car. Like the majority of people, I was scared to have a bad experience with a new and unknown mechanic, but I got extremely lucky with this one. By far one of the best and most transparent mechanic work I've had in my life. Dan and his team took excellent care of me and my car, explained and detailed showed me the problems that needed and were fixed. Very reasonable price for the service and customer care offered. I'll definitely be taking my car to his shop from now on.

My white 2015 BMW 328 d was completely messed up from hitting something in the road, Dan fixed everything right up! In a weeks time, amazing service. Dan and his auto shop have the best service, best atmosphere, nice people, nice wife, nice dog. Patient and efficient aswell no complaints here. Looks a decent place. I came in for a check up on my car, that was having an issue with the RPM dropping while idle, they said, they had a busy schedule, but manage to squeeze in an hour to look into my car. Work done was, tight up lose spark plugs and move ignition coil #3 to diferent spot, run the car to operating temperature and had no problem at the time. They charge me $222 for 1.5 hours of labor which is not a big of a deal and advise to drive the car for a couple of days and if the issue persist to step in and they were going to fix the problem and there was not need for paying again for the labor which sounded real good and responsible. Ended up with same problem, came back in and they told me what I already knew and said we are to busy to check your car in. all you need to do is change the spark plugs to the oem ngk or Bosch. Nice, I paid to the experts to ended up just getting advice to do it my self.
