Great place for delivery. Empty in less than an hour. Check in at the gate. Great people at the check in. Overnight parking on site. When you have green light go to door 18 after like 20 minutes and your paperwork will be ready.

Guys be on time they don’t take loads after appointment, overnight parking available on the road. My appointment was 4:45 am and I move to 10:00 am but they said we won’t change the appointment so you have to make a new appointment for tomorrow.

They don't care about drivers. Once the light is green, you have to keep your eyes on the receiving window. Sometimes, they took 20 to 25 minutes just to give you the papers. My suggestion to Best Buy is that once you are done with the paperwork, you guys should let drivers know that the paper is ready and you good to go. Like other warehouses in Washington, they always call drivers. So I think Best Buy should do the same thing to help drivers.

This review is for the customer service experience of Best Buy's Warehouse, not the commercial truck driver's experience.I had to pick up a television and intended to bring shrink wrap, which I forgot to bring, because rain was in the forecast. When I arrived at the warehouse I explained to the lady at the customer pick up area and she was more than accommodating and when I arrived at the door for loading, a warehouse worker was already there with shrink wrap waiting. When the TV arrived he gave it a good wrapping, loaded it into my truck, and the experience could not have been more efficient and customer service oriented.A big thanks to this Best Buy Warehouse staff! They saved me a long drive home in traffic only to have returned a second time! Their staff is the best!

For those who come to deliver here, there is somewhere to stop and spend the night... another detail is that the truck's GPS does not give the address, you have to use the phone's GPS.
