Rude people in this location . They are more worried about chatting with each other than the customers need. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor when the reality is that is the customer the one who keeps the business open . I do not recommend to go to this location .

AVOID THIS BRANCH UNPROFESSIONAL!!!Me and my girl came to cash a check we waited 30 minutes for some snobby clerk to come back late from her lunch sipping her drink that was clearly more important than doing her job. We were then told we need 365 dollars in our account to cash a check for that amount and we have account here doesn’t make any sense at all why I need money to cash a check that’s why I have a bank account here:

On Friday 05/12/23I walk into this branch and notice two Males chatting with each other, having small talk with laughter and smiles. No big deal I wasn’t greeted upon my arrival, the two fellas were enjoying themselves.As I approached the line I couldn’t help to notice a Black Gentleman at the Business counter asking the bank teller to give him his money.As I’m standing in line for about 15mins without any acknowledgment from any of the staff. I see two white guys walk in and to my surprise these two gentlemen were greeted and taken to Kevin, I believe who’s a loan officer.I couldn’t help but to feel looked over! Very bad for business by the way!!!During this time I continue to hear the black gentleman who stood about 6’5 with shoulder length dreadlocks at the business counter saying “ mama what seems to be the problem. Why can’t I get my money that’s in my business account”. As she continues to struggle to support this gentleman I see her reach over a finally ring a bell.I then see a gentleman walk up, the same one who was chuckling and having small talk as I walked in the bank. The same gentleman who greeted the two white men but couldn’t not and did not greet me.This gentleman later identified as management/ bank manager with the name, Audrey.Audrey walks up to the teller and customer and doesn’t introduce himself to the clearly frustrated customer, nor did he ask how he could be of any assistance to the customer.During this time customer and branch manager Audrey exchange a few words, but no resolution. Audrey, sign off on what the customer needed. Audrey finally comes to the line and greets me.At this point we are 30mins into the very uncomfortable experience with bank of American.I asked Audrey if he was apart of management. He said yes, I then asked Audrey why didn’t he greet me with the more equitable approach?He appeared, confused, as I explain to him my experience with walking into the building, and how I felt standing in the line seeing other people not of color research before me.There was no follow up or even a sense of acknowledgment and that’s why I believe I’m giving Audrey a one and this branch poor leadership

Only one teller on the line most of the time. Even business customers have to wait more than 30 minutes for getting change for daily business. Not convenient

Service was great! Had an appointment with an associate to resolve an issue with an account and they were understanding, clear and concise. We managed to get it done within under 20 minutes!

wanted to order checks for business. I waited for an hour, although everyone was free. They said to order online myself. In another bank, they made an order in 10 minutes. I am disappointed in this bank.

This is a slow bank. The people seem like they have no idea what they're doing. Handicap people have to go to the other side of the building because the doors close to the Handicap parking are locked.

I had a really good experience here. Calvin May helped me with my business account issues that's been going on for few months with a breeze. He was very professional and courteous.I was curious why there are so many bad reviews for this branch, but it turns out Calvin just moved to this branch a few weeks ago.. NO WONDER! I really hope the team here will follow the good example of Calvin and boost the customer relations in this community.
