Amazing experience so far! Jensen has been incredible during my process of choosing an engagement ring! She has been wonderful in showing all my options when it comes to different diamonds, bands, settings, etc. I absolutely love that she keeps me in mind and contacts me when new pieces arrive that she thinks I might like and being extremely patient with me while we try and pick out the perfect ring! Highly recommend Jensen and can’t wait to keep working with her!

Worst customer service for repairs!!! Had to have my 3 piece rings re-shanked. Wasn't returned for original pickup, the ring was left at the repair shop. Came back with a dent from where it had been fixed. I lost quite a bit of weight and had to have my ring sized down. When I picked the ring up the fit was right on BUT still had the dent.

My fiancé bought my Engagement ring here only had it less than 5 months it’s a white gold ring and it’s already Turing yellow gold, they never mentioned that to him or me that itll turn colors overtime when I had called the guy that works there said it shouldn’t turn gold until a year so make that make sense, called to see what we could do they said to come in every 5 months to get it polished yeah right waste my time doing that, be aware of that white gold turns yellow and you have to go in many times, I’d suggest getting platinum or silver sterling

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Was hands down the best place for me to find what I was looking for. Not only was the staff incredibly helpful and knowledgeable but the experience of finding the perfect ring that my partner would love. Awful Jeweler. Went to look for an engagement ring and lets just say the two gals were not helpful and made me feel uncomfortable. Totally different experience at a competitor store just around the corner.
