They repaired my wedding ring, replaced 2 diamonds and put it back together after I had to have it cut off a couple years ago. The price to do that was extremely inexpensive! Those folks are AMAZING!!

I went in to find a ring set for my wife and wasn't really expecting to find the ones I was looking for. Well I was wrong. I'm horrible with names but the lady in there was just phenomenal. I told her what I was looking for and my budget and she knocked it completely out of the park. My wife absolutely loved her rings!

I was very happy with Van’s. I needed to get my wife’s ring rebuilt (new head and new diamond) and he had a variety of diamonds the right size on hand. I talked to him about what diamond used to be in the ring and he brought out several replacement options and talked to me about each. After choosing a diamond I asked how long it would take to repair the ring, expecting a 1-2 week turnaround time but, no, he said he would have it done the same day! He was also able to put a higher quality diamond in the ring than another place was offering for about the same price. The ring looks great and my wife was very surprised and happy to have her ring back! I will definitely return to Van’s for future jewelry/jeweler needs.

My husband bought my ring over 3 years ago from Van’s and we never got insurance. Last week I noticed a diamond was missing on the side. I took it to get it fixed and had them solder them together too. They didn’t charge me at all for fixing it, replacing the diamond or the cleaning. Also, they were super reasonable for soldering! They are so sweet I would 100% recommend them!!!

Always extremely friendly, helpful and in my experience very quick! They even went out of their way to help me get a badly damaged watch band fixed that ended up being needed to sent to Portland. Amazing business!

They repaired my 98 year old father's eyeglasses. The nose piece had broken off and they soldered it back on. Excellent job, got me in right away! I highly recommend them!!!!!!!!!!

We took a ring in to be engraved, they did an ok job. The writing is very small and hard to read. Also they were supposed to call when it was ready, they lost our number and tried to tell us we didn't give them one. We did. All in all it was an ok experience, but not good or great.
