Had to return my old equipment. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. Despite being busy first thing in the morning, they were efficient on getting everyone taken care of.

Spectrum has been somewhat bipolar to deal with. My mom got service through an online link and when the equipment arrived, it didn't work. She went to the Spectrum store in person and was told that there was a block on her address, which they kindly removed and set her up with new service and equipment. She had service for about 2 weeks then quit working and it wouldnt reset or anything. I then spent almost an hour and a half on the phone with spectrum, spoke to someone in customer service, technical support, collections and sales ... I was transferred to at least 5 employees. They were finally able to turn her service back on, once again stating that it was something about the address being blocked. 2 weeks go by without any issues and suddenly it went out again. Called again and was told that it was impossible for her to have had service turned on because there was a block on her address. That employee argued with me about it even being turned on at all. They had a different start dates but argued that it could have been turned on because of the block on the address. I'm not sure why spectrum can give you a different response to the same problem with each department. I asked that they please make sure to note the account by every employee I talked to about this issue.
We then went to the store in person and was told they can't see the notes and again told us that they couldn't have turned on her service at any point. The young man said there was nothing he could do and gave me 2 different numbers to call customer service and sales again cuz they couldn't do anything at the store level.
Still trying to resolve the issue with them but.... Also looking for a better Internet provider. I wish spectrum would do something to fix this horrible inconvenience and inaccurate information. My mother has since received a bill stating that she owes for another month of "not being able to get service at her address" and the statement doesn't even reflect the $135 payment she made when she set up the new service the 1st time. This is unacceptable!
And this generic response that everyone is getting is so impersonal and insulting, honestly. Get your shit together spectrum. Quit giving people the run around! I won't stop until they make this right!!!!

Spectrum is so suck!!! If there’s any provider in Tri-Cities, I would choose them, not spectrum anymore! Their customer service in store or phone call all bad, very ego, terrible attitude, because we only have them as internet service, so they don’t care our feeling! 90 dollars for one month 300mpbs, are you freaking kidding me!

Horrible internet speeds, pain to cancel. I havent been able to get speeds faster than 14 mbps! There are other internet providers like T-mobile hotspot or Starlink. They are expensive, but atleast ill get what i am paying for!

I got a spam call asking if I wanted to reduce my $84 monthly bill. I said OK. They sent out a technician who swapped out my modem and router. That was 6 days ago. My home phone has NOT WORKED since. I NEED THIS NUMBER BECAUSE IT IS Associated with my recently deceased wife and her Will. The SPECTRUM CHAT SYSTEM IS USELESS. NO RESPONSE. I WISH I HAD CHANGED COMPANIES.!!!

I'm so so sick and tired of this place! Every time I leave there, God forgive me, I leave and I'm yelling that this place and alot of employees suck! I pay my bill in full every month without fail! I've been trying to get another phone for almost a year, but every time I go there I'm told my bill is behind, I show them my confirmation texts, they're still rude! So I go in again today, the Google pixel phone I got earlier last year quit on me, outta the blue! Wasn't dropped, didn't get wet, nothing! My fault for not getting insurance, even though I did nothing to damage this phone. So I try again today to get another phone, but NOPE! I have to pay over $200 to get another. I'm hoping I can find another place to get a new phone. I'm so sick of dealing with this rude, money hungry place! Now with my luck, watch my service get interrupted or something for me posting this message!

I have never in my life walked into a business that does not even acknowledge the fact that you even exist. I have done customer service most of my life. If this is how I acted I would have been fired. They have a self check in, this still does not excuse you from good customer service. I guess you think since you have monopolized the industry you can treat us how you want. Be careful with Ziply moving in lots of us will be taking our business elsewhere. I was coming in to drop off equipment. Then you want to give me a sales pitch for your cell phone and TV. Are you serious ? You think I would even consider the thought after you don't even acknowledge my entrance into your store? Pff

Staff is cold and rude, check in system is a single tablet in the corner and staff is very rude about using it. Would not recommend this store to anyone.

Positives: checking in system works well and you can see where you're at in the que. The people were helpful and were able to solve my issues. Negative: Need more personal had to wait 30 minutes to be seen.
