We had an appointment with Jonny to test drive a vehicle. When we we got to establishment he was too busy to talk to us. Another salesman approached us to help. We told him why we were there and he said that the vehicle we were going to test drive was sold the prior day. Awful customer service. We would have appreciated a call letting us know not to come in. Wasted our time. We bought a vehicle from another establishment 3 hours later.

I’m sure all there salesmen are great. But I’d recommend jay! The dude was awesome to work with. He did not pressure me to buy a vehicle at all. We went to other dealerships in the area their prices were very similar. Their salesman which were very friendly just came off a little pushy.

Took a friend's car in for an oil change, gave the name and car on file, and the Service Rep was friendly and happy to help. Waited about an hour for it to be done, the waiting room was fairly clean. They did offer coffee and popcorn, but the popcorn machine definitely needed some cleaning done.

Worst dealer service department in the state?
I live in the Tricities so I take my truck to the kennewick location for service. The service over the last 4 years has gone nowhere but downhill. It's always taken around 2 hours to get an oil change for walk in or even with an appointment but now you can't even walk in and get one at all. I went there today and they told me not only could I not get an oil change today but they were "backed up from yesterday". Come to find out they're actually BOOKED OUT 3 WEEKS FOR OIL CHANGES. You kidding me??
This place is awful. How do you let yourself get backed up that far for routine maintenance that you expect everyone to come to you for?? They never have enough staff to service the amount of business they have for this area and it's only gotten worse over the last 4 years. Zero urgency in the staff that are there, they move like they're paid hourly. Never once seen anyone hustle here. If you can get your oil changed somewhere else, I would highly suggest it.
We also have a Toyota and I never had these issues with their dealership just blocks away from Lithia. Fast, friendly and they offer a staffed snack bar and massage chairs while you wait. The service experience between the two dealerships are night and day. When you go somewhere else you realize just how bad it is here.

Sebastian was great. From talking to him over the phone about our needs to meeting him at the dealership. I had very little time today, he made this transaction very easy and fast. I was out in about an hour or less. Very nice to negotiate with, very professional.

I went to this dealership several years ago and had an amazing experience! I tried to become a returning customer and found that their dynamics have completely changed. The sales staff were not cooperative with helping me with my immaculate trade in, something that I have become accustomed to with this business. I don’t know what has changed, but they were unhelpful, rude, and outright ridiculous with helping make a sale unless for full MSRP. This is the first review I have ever written, but this dealership is not the same as it was two years ago!!!

this dealership worked really great for me. I even went through the whole process got a car and then change my mind in less than 24 hours and was able to go in and get a different one. the new one was slightly more expensive but it was definitely worth it and we love it thank you so much
