These ladies were so amazing. Driven by for years and never went in but have always loved their window flowers. Needed an arrangement for my grandma in hospice, the lovely gal I worked with asked what are they for, what’s your budget, and proceeded to make me the prettiest bouquet I could’ve asked for! Time was impeccable, my daughter and I maybe looked around for 15 before it was ready, and on price range. It's a very rare condition where I'll leave a one star review for anything, but the experience here was so bad, I had to do it.
We arrived at the flower shop and received a friendly greeting from lone employee there. Before we could begin to explain what we wanted, a coffee customer came into the drivetheough. The employee immediately left us and went to help the coffee customer. She didn't even take time to find out what we wanted or how she could help. She was preparing the coffee order for a few minutes, when I asked how much longer she would be. She snapped back curtly as though we were annoying her.
We told her we didn't appreciate being second in line to coffee customers when we entered the store first. She didn't appreciate my comment, so we left, explaining she lost a large floral order for coffee.
We went to Shelbys and were treated exceptionally well.
This place needs to get their priorities straight and train employees on customer service. She should have asked us what we wanted at the very least before heading off to make coffee.

Cute little place to buy fresh flowers for any occasion. Triple excellence service and outstanding customer service. ? satisfied and I will be back?. The arrangements are top notch and unique. Btw there is a coffee shop next to it.

Excellent service! I used this shop from a Google map search what flower shop was closer to my ladies work and could deliver for Valentine's Day while i was away for work. She said it was the most beautiful bouquet of flowers! She's happy makes me happy! Thank you Kennewick Flower Shop!

Maybe they forgot they were in the service industry the day I was in?The shop is great, it’s what you’d expect from a local shop. But what I didn’t expect was such poor customer service.I came in 35 minutes before the store closed. I said I needed a simple wrap of flowers to surprise my girlfriend with ASAP. Her first response was that their designer was in the bathroom.Then after I reiterated my request for a wrap she said the designer was done working for the day. I clarified they were open for over a half hour and she still refused to ask their designer if they could put together a quick wrap for me.Me, a polite paying customer, got turned away. In fact, I asked for shop recommendations. She recommended Shelby’s over on Edison. I went straight there. I won’t be returning to this location.

I ordered flowers for my granddaughters birthday, there's a coupon for free delivery so I applied it to the order, imagine my surprise when I checked out there was a $24.95 service charge. Come on people, just be upfront with all your fee's!! FREE DELIVERY what a bunch of BS.

Kennewick Flower Shop did an amazing job for my mom’s funeral flowers. I had pictures and a vision and they created exactly what I wanted. They were beautiful and smelled amazing.

My daughter spent over $120 on this Mother's Day arrangement, exactly one week ago. Everything, except for some of the delphinium and the greenery, is dead. What a shame.... It started looking bad after just 3 days. A grocery store bouquet for a fraction of the cost would have lasted longer.
