This has been the best experience. I brought in a ring that I wanted recreated and they did phenomenally well. The ring is beautiful and looks just like the original ring when I first got it. They were so prompt and easy to work with!

The jewelry design center selection is wonderful, the sales people are beyond helpful and their jeweler is amazing!
Long story short I had been shopping around at several stores, but jewelry designer center in Kennewick had the best service out of all of them. When I came in for the first time Carrie was instrumental in me finding the perfect setting! After another week of searching I brought back a diamond that I had inherited and snuck away one of my girlfriend’s rings to get her size. Mahn the jeweler was able to put a new bezel on, fit the diamond and get me taken care of that day!
I was so excited I took it home and kept sneaking peeks at it. I had an idea of how it could be modified, drew a quick napkin sketch and brought it back. The Carrie and Kevin asked a lot of questions to make sure they understood my request. Then the Mahn created something more beautiful than I could imagine!
I’m so thankful to the whole team there for taking care of me a creating this special piece for us!
I will be back and I would recommend your store to anyone!

Kevin and the jewelers are very positive and extremely patient. They worked very hard to make my fiancé dream ring become real. It was a pleasure to deal with them. I applaud their dedicated patience.

Ummm best customer service I’ve had in a long long time. I came in for 2 reasons
1) to sell my cursed wedding ring (lol)
2) to see if they could clean a very special silver Larimar necklace and earring set I got on vacation almost 2 decades ago.
They offered to buy the gold but I think I might just sell the whole ring online instead.
But then they cleaned my set FOR FREE. I teared up when they brought them back out looking as gorgeous as the day I bought them. They even sent me home with a little baggie with silver protector in it for storage. I wish I had taken a before photo because it was an absolutely amazing difference.
I’ve had a few hard months and have cried a lot. But happy tears…they are few and far between. Thank you to the staff that helped me today. A lovely sunshine moment in my cloudy days.

Caitlin was very friendly and helpful! I had my wedding band and engagement ring soldered together and resized. So lovely that they could do this in house and I had my ring back the very next day. Well certainly be back in the future for other jewelry needs.
