This company is the perfect example of life in America. A medical company can do anything they want to you and there's nothing you can do. Hours on customer service to find out that even though all the mistakes were theirs (sending my supplies to the wrong address so I never got them, sending incorrect supplies, and not telling me for SIX months that I owed money before sending a HUGE bill), tough luck for me, supervisors don't exist and nothing will be fixed.The supposed customer service representative lied to me repeatedly and then acted like I was absolutely nuts when I politely pointed out the lie. Seriously, I was so nice to her the whole time. It was insanity, I wish I could give negative stars. How are these people still in business?

Horrible customer service the lady was rude on the phone and in person.She knew we were coming in to switch out machine for my sister,but when I got there acted as if there wasn't even a phone call told her I was there for my sister every conversation we had she was basically calling me a liar,rolling her eyes when I told her mine and my sister's last names because they are different(we got married lol)then they took forever,a different lady brought the machine out her customer service skills were a little better,would mot recommend.

The Apria representative told me the new CPAP was to be sent to the local office unto I returned from vacation. Instead it was delivered to my home while I am away.

We have had nothing but a great experience with this location. We ere visiting from Colorado and they made it so easy to get new tanks for my son so we didn’t have to travel with them. I even apparently forgot how to put the regulator on and thought something was broken. I called on a Saturday and they were quick and prompt with coming and helping me out. Even though I felt completely d*** they were nothing but nice and assured me it was okay. Very pleased!

Apria told me, when I was discharged from the hospital, that i was approved for insurance benefits. After I was given the equipment, I found out that they had lied to me. They had not even submitted the request. I spoke to the manager in charge of the Kennewick office and he apologized and said he would take care of it. Again he lied. My discharge say approved and now they are harassing me about what they say I owe. I have been going round in circles with them since August. They are the worst health care company that I have ever dealt with.

Unlike most everyone else my experience was great with Apria! I was sent the wrong CPAP machine and mask from Apria so I was bummed but called my local office in Kennewick WA and was quickly taken care of. Super friendly and very apologetic for the problem. Drove down and picked up the right machine and mask and was on my way in 2 minutes very professional and friendly!
