All automotive has treated me with respect and willing to work on solving the problems on my 04 Excursion.
The vehicle that was entrusted to them had a few hidden defects (ac leaks & automatic door lock short ) so it took some time to resolve (4 return trips to the shop) . As far as I can tell all is well at this point. Why just 4 ? There's always room for improvement.

All Automotive was responsive and professional in handling my service needs. The mechanic went above board in isolating the problem and proposing the best solution. The staff is friendly, fair and very accommodating. I will utilize them again!

They went above and beyond my expectations. I needed a new radiator & scheduled an appt. I went to the store & came out to find a stream of fluid running under my car. So I went back to find out how to put fluids in my radiator. The wonderful gal at the desk went back to talk to someone & came out to tell me that they would fix it "right now" I was given a ride home by the boss. I was so overjoyed almost to tears. I can't thank them enough❣️❣️ Anne

Excellent service!! Customer wise and mechanically for your car. Car repairs are expensive.. but these folks do it right! So it's money well spent. Had to have my truck towed and the only thing that's painful is the bill. The engine sounds much better. Sarah is awsome with communication.

What a wonderful experience. Diagnosed an intermittent issue that was hard to pin down. Got car back the next day and couldn’t believe how affordable it was. Thanks again guys and gals over there! Just earned life time customer.
