I want to give it a zero, absolutely unprofessional and rude business owner. He took my package but did not say a word that he was not able to scan a code.
He refused to give me a receipt and didn't scan the code, finally my package has not been sent and lost ( it was the return one item over $300 ).
I’ll tried to talk to him two weeks later, he refused to help.
So - be careful trusting this person with your parcels!

I go here anytime I want to ship something out. This place is a lifesaver. The owner is very friendly and will package and send out your items for an amazing price. There is no reason to go to the post office or UPS if you can go here. He makes it as easy and straight forward as possible.

A little helpful but when I was there they were not able to print shipping labels and when I printed it myself they had closed over an hour early.

They were very helpful and got my shipment out. They picked up the phone versus pak mail... never got back to me after leaving a message but they might have been out for the holidays. Anyways mailaccess was great.

RESCUED!!! Anyone needing FedEx out-of-town is anxious, lost, and harried trying to find ‘nearest FedEx near me’ minutes before they close on a holiday weekend. Typically, even before one’s morning coffee.Eric B, manager, not only serviced me efficiently, he was personable, friendly. A true human in this robotic age.When I was LOST (he’s an independent Mail Access site without a FedEx marquee and I’d gps’d FedEx), he spotted my vehicle and guided me in.

10 yrs my mail has been delivered here & they have the Best prices for mail box service! Great prices to send faxes, too! They send/receive ALL shippers so I never worry about which shipping carrier delivers to me at this address bc someone is there to sign for it. Hours: M-F 9-4pm Saturday 9-12n

I have tried to visit here at 3 different times (within the business hours posted on the front door and the OPEN sign is lit up) but the doors have been locked every time and no answers the phone either!
