We first enrolled our oldest child at this daycare during pandemic, we were extremely impressed with the quality of care, the attentive teachers, and the responsive management team. It was the perfect environment for our little one to thrive and grow. However, over the years; specifically in last 2 years, we've seen a significant decline in the overall service and management of the facility. In the beginning, the teachers were wonderful - nurturing, engaging, and truly invested in the development and wellbeing of the children. The management team was also very responsive, addressing any concerns we had in a timely manner. We were so pleased with the care our first child received that we had planned to enroll our second child there as well.We enrolled our second child to the infant class and we had observe similar behavior from an infant teacher; Ms. Stefanie, as mentioned by one of the other parent. She seemed disinterested and disengaged, which is extremely concerning as a parent. Thus we withdrew our second child. Worst of all, the management team has showed no interest and become completely unresponsive. There seems to be a constant revolving door of teachers and caregivers at this daycare. We have seen great teachers leaving in few months.Earlier this year, when we expressed interest in enrolling our second child again, we were told they had an available spot if we enroll our oldest child and deducted the registration amount of $200, but then we were ghosted when we said we only wanted to enroll the younger one. We've reached out multiple times via email and phone & left voicemails, to inquire about waitlist with no responses to this date,It's incredibly disappointing to see such a dramatic decline in a daycare that we once loved and trusted so much. We absolutely loved the teachers & caregivers and wanted to our second child to thrive similarly. The lack of communication from current Director & management staff have made a very frustrating experience and unsatisfactory daycare experience. We are two stars just because we loved the teachers and caregivers for our older child but the current management staff does not seem to prioritize the needs of the children or their families.

Do not send your child here if he /she is an infant. The care giver Stefanie will downright ignore your child and is extremely moody which may cause attachment issues for your child. She also has favorites amongst the babies whom she will devote more time to.Do Not Recommend.

Our daughter started at KA of Kenmore when she was less than a year old - after about a year, she really enjoys the teachers and activities they do here! Our family is always greeted with a smile and made to feel like part of the family. As a new parent it's hard to trust others with your child, but we really do trust the team here and appreciate them. I'd recommend this Kiddie Academy for others as well!

Our daughter has been to Kiddie Academy Kenmore for over a year now and loves it. The team is doing an amazing job day in day out taking care of the kids and are genuinely interested in the well being and development of all the kids.Teachers we worked with are passionate about their jobs and were a great help to us as first time parents. The facility is very clean and offers lots of educational toys. We love that they take the kids outside twice a day, rain or shine. And the curriculum is comprehensive very early on.Thanks you Kiddie Academy Kenmore Team for all your help and hard work keeping our daughter safe and sound.

My kids stayed here for 3 years until they graduated from Prek. We met several caring and patient teachers here. Lots of great memories about this place.

I never got my 7 year old child back... that was in 2016. Best day of my life. Would use again. Did summer camps when I was young there. Kindest environment, love the staff.

Went for a tour last month and the following are my observation- high staff turnover or understaffed- saw at least 8 kids crying hysterically during the tour and no staff was giving special attention to the distraught kids- teacher was mostly standing around or taking notes(?) on ipads instead of focusing on the kids. Most of them were left walking around to do their own things. More engagement would have been better- teacher and kid ratio is too high- saw an obviously sick kid wiping his snot but he's still among a class of 20+.Overall it's a great place if you want to drop your kids off at 7:30 in the morning and don't want to pick up again until 6pm. They will get fed. Not sure how great it is for their development though.

I have a daughter at Kiddie Academy of Kenmore in the 1.5 to 2 years age group. When she is done eating she will sometimes get up and move around. Because her teachers did not want to deal with her getting up when she was done eating they strapped her into the chair. We asked them not to do this because she doesn't like it and she's too young to understand why she cant get out of her chair when she's done eating. Watching her on the cameras I have seen that she has been left strapped into her chair long enough to cry and become visibly distressed because she cant get out while her teachers ignored her. We talked to her teachers and management multiple times and the issue still went unresolved because today was the 4th time we have said that we don't want her strapped in. Unfortunately until Kiddie Academy of Kenmore decides that parent input is an important factor in the care they provide to the kids, at this time, I cannot recommend Kiddie Academy of Kenmore as a place to enroll your child.

The facility is convenient for folks residing in Bothell and Northgate area. The teachers are super friendly and my kid enjoys spending time here. The director is super considerate of any requests made and helpful.

My daughter has been to Kiddie Academy for a couple of years in multiple locations. She has made some great friends and loves going to the school. Not once did I have to worry about the safety and wellbeing of my child. There is a lot of emphasis on learning while making it fun for the children. The safety, food and learning standards maintained by academy are excellent. The administration staff are responsive and cater to any special requirements such as changes to diet restrictions. The teachers care for the children and bond with them very well. My daughter loves her teachers so much that she doesn't want to graduate to the next class! :)

Our daughter has been going to Kiddie Academy since Sept 2021. She was 3 at the time and started in the Preschool room. They moved her up a little early to a Pre-K room, which was so good for her. She has a bit of a difficult temperament at times, but all of the teachers and staff always treat her with kindness and respect. We plan on keeping her at Kiddie Academy Kenmore until she goes to Kindergarten and we'll send our second daughter there when she's a bit older, too (they have infant and toddler rooms, but I prefer to continue nursing my youngest for a bit).We chose Kiddie Academy since they were close to our house and provide all meals and snacks for the kids. I love their healthy, varied menu and my daughter never complains about the food.

Exceptional staff, well designed curriculum and clean facility. We have been sending our son to Kiddie pretty much since it opened up in Kenmore. He loves going to kiddie everyday. All the teachers are caring and attentive. The director (Ms Debbie) is experienced and very well organized. She has an open door policy so she’s always available for the parents for any kind of support they need.
