She was very patient and truly cared about the importance of replacing the emerald in a ring my mother bought me over 25 years ago. It felt very inclusive and welcoming right when we stepped inside. Loved their selection; especially excited to come back and pick up more zines and queer comics from smaller publishers. “Ordering a hat online is challenging. David Morgan made the experience a pleasure. My original order came quickly and was a beautiful hat. Unfortunately the size I chose was too large. I called the store and an associate spent almost a half hour discussing sizing, and the return process with me.
