A male associate had no issues helping the boys in front of me, avoiding any eye contact with me and acted like I wasn't standing there waiting to place my order, then jumps into action to help a guy that walked up behind me. Thankfully a pleasant woman noticed me and I finally got help but overall wasn't a pleasant experience. Not sure if my race or my gender was his issue but clearly he had no interest in helping me.The food: BLANDSausage breakfast burrito was large in size but had little eggBiscuit & gravy - tasted like canned ?I'll give the place one more chance since everyone raves about the burgers. Hoping for a better experience.

Very nice expecially for a quick mart. Has a little restaurant in it. I heard a cheese burger called back just like in a Denny's. Very busy place . Great service.

Top notch customer service with a smile even during the busiest of times and during the holidays! Hometown feeling....taking care of neighbors. Like it still should be done! Love this place. Nice selection of beers/ciders. Good selection of random food/dinner items you may need in a jiffy. Commercial kitchen with fresh Chicken tenders and jo-jo’s that are better than Safeways deli, cheaper too.

Love the customer service here! The owners are thoughtful enough to have an employee outside offering to pump gas for people and clean all the pumps frequently, as to ensure cleanliness practices during the Covid-19 outbreak. Not only that, but it's the only convenience store I've seen that keeps hand sanitizer right at the door (hands-free dispensing too!) with a reminder for all entering to kindly use it for employee and customer safety. I definitely appreciate the thoughtfulness! And a side note to the owners: the young gentleman outside pumping gas today (he was wearing a cowboy hat, if that helps) he deserves your praise and please give him my kudos for his excellent attentiveness and friendly service!

I don't get out to this area often but whenever I do I make sure I stopped at this Minit Mart on Sparks Drive.Most of the cashiers are not as kind as the guy that assisted me today@th register. it's as if everyone else is selective about who they greet that walks in the door because not everyone is greeted. *Uwork in customer service, cashier or in a place of business everyone should be greeted not just certain people.The young ma/he's been working at Sparks drive for 6 years: Thanks for great customer service!Store was quiet but customers coming in n going out4 fuel also. I purchased many items but my first meal of th day: gobbler wrap w/small bag of chips I have never tried...yummy!...pics.posted.

they have gone above and beyond to keep the public and thier employees safe from this virus. there is hand sanitizer, tape on the floor to show distance and they put plexiglas barriers between the customers and the cashier. if that's not being conscious of this crisis and doing what needs to be done then I dont know what is. great job. and everybody that works there is cool as hell.
