I was having a ton of issues with Walgreens which made me move to QFC. Since then I've had the best pharmacy experience probably in my life. The pharmacists kind, efficient, and informative.A huge positive for me was that they are consistent and reliable. Walgreens used to send me on a wild goose chase to not only process my prescription but to have them use the appropriate code to apply insurance. I switched over s little over a year ago to QFC and I haven't had a single issue. Also, although they have a small staff that have been there for a while and they are consistent in their quality of work.Some things that might impact your decision though are their hours. Personally, I'm able to pick up my prescriptions within their hours but not everyone might. Another is that is might be difficult to get them on the phone because they are working so hard but I just give it a few minutes and call back and ao can usually get them then which totally beats the wait time on a call with a larger pharmacy.Tips: be sure to sign up for text notifications as I've found that those are the best way to know the status of your prescription. Also, don't be afraid to call and check in. I've had to call a few times to ask if they could expedite a prescription and thankfully it has never taken longer than 30 minutes for them to fill it.Overall, I give this pharmacy a solid A.

Now this store is letting homeless people sit by the door and panhandle. Might as well be at a grocery store in Ballard. Talked to the manager, did nothing. AND I get to checkout and bag my own groceries for inflated prices! Never again. Go to Town & Country Market.

QFC is a great store. Since Kroger bought the brand, the quality, specifically in produce, deli, and meat/seafood went down the toilet. Produce isn't awful, just average. Seafood is an absolute joke for Seattle/West Coast standards. Private butchers, PCC, fish markets, Whole Foods....that's the last frontier to get solid food without the nastiness of a massive food distributorship that's a shade better than Walmart. And I would never entertain buying anything at Walmart that I would put in my body other than Doritos or any pre-packaged, sealed food. In the 90's QFC was like Whole Foods, or pretty damn close depending on the location. Redmond/Bella Botega was like Whole Foods.Now? It's terrible.

I did come across a member of the team and he was very rude…keep telling me to quit saying sorry! WTH was his problem with customers saying sorry! Anyway I haven’t seen him in awhile. Pharmacy is always busy, but still very good!

The location of this QFC is great!!I often come here for my family's needs. I appreciate that quite a while back they added an Asian foods section, which has been slowly growing over the years. Theres not much by way of Asian groceries in Sammamish/Issaquah after all.The bakery staff are friendly, though most of the cakes are too sweet, just can't beat the fruit tart! I always get that for special occasions.The pharmacy is always great too. My prescriptions are filled really quickly, and of course recently they've been handling all the hubbub with the vaccine well. Very polite people.Also I like their florist when I happen to see her. This Spring I've been getting flowers and plants occasionally, and she kindly answers my questions. I don't usually get cut flowers, but i always like looking at the arrangements right when I walk in the store. The tulips right now give such nice color to the entrances!

QFC is very attentive to my recurring prescriptions, and go above and beyond to help me with the little extra things. The current pharmacists and assistants are very friendly. So refreshing.

Klahanie is such a nice neighborhood and I usually don't have to deal with people smoking except almost every time I go to this QFC. I can't believe they allow their employees to sit in front in the middle of both doors so no matter which door you go through you're forced to inhale the smoke. It's so disgusting. Wish they would be like most stores and make their employees go out back. Just tacky.

Klahanie QFC is not enforcing mask wearing. This has happened multiple times. The last straw was today when I went to pick up a prescription and a customer passed by me about 3 ft away with no mask in sight. I thought to mention it to the manager on duty, but she was standing behind her counter with no mask on either! I'm not coming back.

Love the location of this store. I stop here all the time since it is on my way home from work. I have to say the florist here is amazing. She made a great floral wrist let for my daughter and she loved it. All the sections are great. They have a great wine collection. I have bought may bottles that are hard to find. Bakery is great as well. They always offer fresh doughnuts daily and of course fresh breads and next to the bakery you can pick up some cheeses. They have a fresh salad area with soup options. They have a deli as well. We purchase fish here and steak. They have a great butcher. Again very easy store to find what your looking for. QFC tends to be on the higher side of price when it comes to your staples. Glad to have a store close to home with even a starbucks inside.....
