Always issues with prescriptions during pick up. One excuse after another. Came a day after my script was suppose to be ready. Was it filled? Of course not. Time to switch pharmacies for better service even if it costs more.

Customer service in the pharmacy is in rapid decline here! They ignore requests for refills until they are hounded to respond and then claim they never received the order, have to order the drugs and show such rude attitude! Considering there are so many other choices for having prescriptions filled they are causing their own problems!

This place never disappoints. God to find me some anti-itch cream. For my little pupper was having a problem with itch cream took care of it.

The pharmacy workers at this location are very rude and takes 24 hours to get a prescription filled at this location(Simpson ave)

Awesome place!!!..... but to many cranky customers. ALSO......Trish does not like doing her job in the Phamacy. She's incompetent and lazy. Go back To Aberdeen Riet Aid.

The Pharmacy Mgr is the worst. Talk about ATTITUDE, WOW.
Never will I ever do Pharmacy business there.

I waited in the drive-thru pharmacy line for 10 minutes. I was behind three cars. Nobody came to help any of us. No acknowledgement of us at all. I finally left. This pharmacy has gone from good to awful!

The overall store/pharmacy has excellent employees/service. I left Safeway because they kept forgetting to mail out my mother's
prescriptions (as if I was ordering a pizza or something)and I did not like standing in the meat department for 20 to 40minutes every time I picked up a prescription.. Rite aid has mailed all prescriptions as requested. I've had0problem since moving over in January. I have zero complaints.
