Waited just a couple minutes before it was my turn, I drove in and they began working. It was like a nascar team was making a pit stop. I didn't even get out of my car. I enjoyed the staff making the process seamless and fast. It maybe took 15 minutes, maybe a little longer but I have a skid plate to remove and install. The price was standard, but use Groupon to get a discount. A full synthetic is $101 normally but $76 with a Groupon. You do have to pay tax at the location which is about $7. Highly recommend, I will be back.

My car needed an oil change service, so I thought to find a place nearby instead of the one that I used to drive to in Burien, as gas prices have inflated, so finding a reliable shop nearby, felt like the right decision to make. I searched around and found this Valvoline location in Graham, super close to home. I arrived around 8:20 - 8:30 am, and there was only 1 vehicle in front of me receiving a service, so I strongly recommend going early to this location, as there is close to no wait time. One of the crew members greeted me, asking what service I am looking to receive for my vehicle, was very welcoming and cordial. Another crew member was standing by while the service was being done to create a free account with them, incase I decided to return for another service later on (which I will be doing). The service was fast and efficient, all crew members speaking to one another, for checks, leaks and anything else that may be going on. Everyone felt knowledgeable about their position, and it felt like a wonderful customer experience to see that type of teamwork. The individual that conducted the service to my vehicle was named Malleea, who did a fantastic job. Every step of the way from start to finish she let me know everything that was being done, checked lights, ensured I knew my oil quality after it was changed, and wished me a good day and to come back for any serviceable needs for my vehicle. To conclude, I hope this location receives a lot more business due to the level of professionalism that was displayed, carried out, and I pray that each of the crew members individual lives are enhanced day by day, with the positive impact they're making for the Graham community. Thank you Valvoline for a wonderful job, and I will definitely be a returning customer. I highly recommend this location =D. Blessings

I usually go to the location on canyon. Unfortunately they were out of filters. The staff and managers at this location were very helpful and through. I can definitely say this location is 5 star as well!

Extremely fast oil changes. Great value. Other services are always quick and they offer a 20% when adding additional service to an oil change. Always professional.

A good place to go if you Know nothing about vehicles. I , as an old mechanic, only went because I have a broken arm. They will try to sell you extras but they aren't pushy. I couldn't crawl under my SUV to double check their work but it seems fine thus far. I probably won't go back after my arm is fixed but I would let my wife take her car there if I was too busy to get to an oil change myself. I will however never let any engine I have control over ever go to a jiffy lube! I'd definitely go here first.

Unforgivable service, or lack of. The one star is for the manager stepping up unsolicited and offers up to replace the part(s). Even still I will never go here again. This is the second incident iI'd had with them on the same issue. 1st time after an oil change I was driving down the road and heard a scraping sound under the car. Looking under the car I see my Honda's skid plate dragging. Mad but not willing to make it a big deal I get home and just put it back in the correct way. Two oil changes later after only taking it to Honda and no time to get Honda to do it I give Oil Can a second shot. I tell them my concern and they communicate that to the bottom guy. I go 5k miles without any trouble. This Saturday I have the same issue, no time for Honda so I head to Oil Can. Still not 100% sure I trust them I get there and am the fist person there. Once my car gets in and they start there job I hear a loud pop and the car shakes. I look at the camera and what looks like my skid plate still bolted to the car on one side and pulled down on the other. The camera is so dirty and fuzzy I can't really tell what is going on. I do ask the guy on top if that's what happened. He says, "oh no, he just didn't have the right tool and needed the right one but got it off". Not wanting to make a big deal and be wrong I go agains my urge to get out and look right then. I run my errands up and down Meridian with what I think I saw on my mind all day. Later my family is on the freeway going to our wedding anniversary dinner in Seattle and I hear that sound that I had the first time. I pull over on 167 and look under the car. I see my skid plate all messed up held by one bolt and a zip tie. A F*ing zip tie!!! My civic is so low to the ground I can't get under to get the one bolt off to get the plate free. I had to jack the car up and brake the plate off the last bolt. I was filthy dirty and late for our reservation. I called the manager and like I said offered to pay for Honda to fix the issue. Being that now it's Sunday we will see if he is true to his word tomorrow when I head to Honda of Sumner. Now I wonder if the oil filter was even changed with service like this. If Honda thinks it does not look new I guess Oil Can will be paying for an oil change as well or refunding me the "oil change" they charged me for. No excuse for an employee to treat a customers property this way, especially if I'm the first car. It's not like he's had a ruff day of working on cars. Sad, when they first opened they were top notch. I'm all out of chances for them.
