Classy ChassisThe soap application setting on their machine dispenses only water. I kept going as I thought it might take a minute to start, it never did. Waste of time and money. I was basically charged $5 to rinse my car with plain cold water.I will avoid this place in the future as it appears they take your money and provide poor service in return. The price is fair if they only delivered what they say they would.It's very sad and disappointing to see a business in Gig Harbor operate in this manner. At least I now have some first hand experience so I can advise friends and family on what to expect from Classy Chassis.

Really disappointed with the customer service on the car wash today - I always go here for my oil changes and interior/exterior car washes and have had a great experience but unfortunately I won't be back. I didn't have time to get my car washed when I got my oil changed last week and went back today since the receipt said it was good until today and they wouldn't honor the discount.

I typically take our vehicle into the dealership to get an oil change, though they've been backed up lately, and still aren't doing their express oil changes...I came here after seeing a line at the other place in town, was able to get in right after the next car had cleared. They did a great job and showed me the dip stick that it was at the correct level. The receipt was easy to read that fully explained what they did and did not do to my car, and everyone was very customer service oriented.I look forward to using them again in the future.Service: Oil change

Great guys, quick and clean service every time! Have no worries ever bringing my 09 Range Rover and 20 Rouge. Plus they perform a general inspection to make sure your car is safe and ready to go!

Paid for wash and dry only to discover that there were water spots on the windshield and the body. Just what do they do for the extra $?I'll definitely have to reconsider the extra cash. I may as well have just driven through.

I've been bringing my vehicle here for oil changes for the last year. Steve has always been nothing but nice and efficient. A new employee was there today (name started with a C) and he was so rude to Steve. He was talking back and being blatantly insubordinate, causing a scene in front of customers. I think Steve handled the situation the best he could considering.

Had an awful experience. The gentleman working the floor was blatantly homophobic. As a Mother to three beautiful queer kids, I will no longer be supporting this business. Any Allies to the queer community avoid this place.

I like Classy Chassis and I have been to several locations. Although this one can get kind of backed up just because of where it's located, it's just as good as all the others. Decent car wash for a moderate price.
