Do not go to that place, it is not recommended. I went last week to have an alignment done because I bought new tires. They told me that they were going to charge me 120 and I said OK, I left the truck with them and an hour later they told me that they were going to charge me 380 because All four wheels needed a screw that, according to them, in order for the alignment to be perfect, I took it to another place. They charged me only for the alignment and they didn't mention anything about screws. If they can rip them off, they are going to do it, so don't go to that place.

I had a fantastic experience here with efficient service. They replaced my radiator and thermostat, and the price was significantly lower compared to other places I considered.

This place pulls the classic bait and switch. One wheel bearing went out, and so I called around to find the best deal. I usually got a different mechanic, but they were booking out three weeks and I needed this fixed quickly. This location offered the lowest price in the Federal Way area to replace both front wheel bearings (always do them at the same time of course) and was quoted ~$475. Three weeks later, I’m given a +$1200 bill. The whole situation was a nightmare. I was given an appointment date and time and was told it would be a 3 hour job. I never got a call with an update on the job, and so I decided to call and ask if I can pick it up. I’m told no, that my car is so rusty that they plan to cut my CV axles because they cannot separate the assembly to replace the wheel bearings and on top of that I will need to pay to replace the entire assembly and not just the CV axles. I was shocked to hear this because I normally go to a different mechanic and they had never noticed rust on my car, and they had just changed my brake pads two weeks before and didn’t say anything about rust in that area or in general.I tried to find any other locations that could work on my car that I could somehow drive my car too with a failing wheel bearing, but no one else had openings same day since it was 4:30 PM on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend.I wasn’t able to negotiate much, so I had someone else call on my behalf who insisted that they use penetrant to get past the rust. The mechanics agreed and said that they could only disassemble one wheel bearing and I still had to pay to have the other assembly completely replaced.I paid $500 upfront for parts before they could replace the entire assembly. Two separate times they ordered parts that were unusable/rusty and couldn’t replace the assembly. I was later told that the parts were coming from junkyards. This continued to push the repair out week after week. The total process took three and a half weeks.Communication was so difficult, anytime I would call, I wouldn’t get any talk throughs or explanations- I was just told what they are going to do. I had to ask men to call on my behalf, and only then would there be any discussion. It took a man calling on my behalf to talk the staff into using penetrant to break up the rust on the wheel hub assembly instead of cutting through the CV axles or agreeing to stop ordering parts from junkyards.I haven’t had issues with the wheel bearings since, but I honestly wish I waited for my normal mechanic who was booked out three weeks and quoted me half the price they ended up charging me.

He fixed my first car well. And I went to him for the second time because my car has many problems, he said he will fix it and he CAN fix it so I trusted him and left the car. He charged me over 1400 and told me that everything now is fixed and that I can drive it safely. But soon it repeated the same issue and I had the same smell in my car. I took the car to another dealer and they found out that EVERYTHING inside the car is messed up and put in a wrong way, in addition to using very cheap materials. I literally spend that mich for him to ruin it more. If he was honest and told me that he doesn’t know how to fix a BMW I would be so appreciative, but he act as if he knows just for the sake of money.I put one more star just because he was a little nice.

They said I need to get an oil change every 3000 miles. It’s 5000 miles for regular oil and more than that for synthetic. They charged for synthetic at my request, but I have no way of telling. Every 3000 miles seems like a money grabbing scheme to me. Pros: it was fast and timely. Cons: I also have a leak after this change which has never happened before.

I went to have my truck's air conditioning serviced and instead of servicing it they wanted to change the compressor and charge me more than $1,000 dollars. I went to another shop and they only charged the system because it was low on gas and had a very slight leak. The compressor did not use it, it only used gas and to adjust a line they did not charge me more than the service for carrying the gas system, personally I do not recommend this workshop because they wanted to sell me something that it did not use!

Went in to get my AC recharged and replace my Compressor to Condenser line. They left a bunch of parts loose. I went to drive the car and my charge pipe popped off. Im glad I talked the price down because they were trying to tell me I was paying for the expertise. What expertise? I would never go back here. I have to take my car to another shop and pay even more money to fix the mistakes they did.Service: Auto A/C recharge
