I had a bit of a mishap with my car last week. I took it to Pacific One Collision to get it fixed. They were super quick, friendly, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I'll definitely be taking my cars there from now on.

I had my car stolen and when it was found I didn’t know at all what to do. I was recommended this shop from a good friend and I couldn’t be happier. They gave me all the information I needed, took my car that day, and restored everything perfectly.
Above and beyond service from the whole staff and made a very stressful time much easier to deal with. I would highly recommend them for anything you need done. Great work, quick turn around, great communication.

I had a car collision 1Q of 2023 and I chose Pacific One Collision and Restoration as a repair shop. Everything from initial appraisal to scheduling with Angela, to final repair was smooth. AJ appraised the repair costs and he was on the phone fighting with car insurance to cover for damages on my behalf, experience was seamless on my side. Everyone else in the office also so nice and helpful. Communication was also excellent. Will definitely recommend to friends and family (including strangers on the internet). ?

I was rare-ended by a destructed driver, my Ford Focus was badly damaged. When I called Pacific One Collision, Angel was on the other line, from there she made easy for the process until I was satisfied with their professional service. AJ was very helpful. Great job all of you and thank you

I highly recommend them. They were truly amazing. Kept me updated on my car and the progress. Honest about everything and the staff are awesome. Didn’t think anyone would be able to fix my 240 but they were able to do it.

So happy we brought our car to pacific one! Not only is the customer service fantastic, but the work speaks for itself! They were able to get our car in a month before any shops had availability to even look at it and had it out and looking brand new in just a couple weeks.

Horrible experience dropped we dropped off our Mercedes c43 owner michael was disrespectful and they did not satisfy with the repair 10/10 would not recommend. Take your car elsewhere.

I am so please with the service Pacific One Repair Shop had given to my needs. They are friendly and good to their customers and they get the job done and is reasonable they brought my Honda Touring back to the look it was before it was hit.
