This place is INCREDIBLE! I had some rear end damage, tail light, exhaust cover, bumper destroyed, sensors destroyed in the accident. They quoted me 2-4 weeks. It only took them one week and two days and the car looked like absolutely nothing happened. I was completely blown away, I highly recommend Lee's. And they cleaned the interior...wow they really went above and beyond.

Brought my Lexus here to get fixed after some idiot hit the rear tire. It happened almost 2 weeks before we were gonna move to another state, but they fixed it really fast for us. The general manager is really nice and really cares about his job.

I had to bring my car to Lee’s as part of an auto insurance funded repair and I was really impressed. Their staff is kind and professional, and very communicative on the process and setting expectations. They were able to get the car repairs done two weeks ahead of schedule and they detailed the car so it looked almost brand new.

I have a 2018 Audi S5, the entire passenger side was in a collision. They repaired it and it looks as good as new. Everyone was very helpful with giving me updates on parts, they had enterprise ready to give me a car. I had to bring my car back in about 6 months after to fix some errors that came up, they fixed it same day, got my car back, everything is perfect. I'm very glad I brought it here, they took care of me very well.

I've gotten my 2021 Toyota Corolla serviced here twice to get my bumper, hood, fender, and grille fixed. Lee's Automotive was a recommendation from my Geico insurance. The first time, I left content, but noticed that the left side of my bumper wasn't locked in all the way no matter how much I tried pushing it back in, and was sticking out at the corner edge slightly. It was/ looked minor, and as a person working 6 days a week, like most people, I needed my car and also didn't have spare time to bring it back in. At the time, I didn't say anything, and that is completely on me for doing so. I figured I would include this, nonetheless, as I feel it may speak to their quality. The second time, for the same repairs, the car was returned to me, everything looking to be intact and fresh. By the time I got home, I noticed that the left side of the bumper, just like last time, was sticking out more so than the first time and was unable to be locked back in. Being that the following day was the start of my 6 day work week, I wasn't able to bring it back in until a week after I picked it up. Unlike last time though, I called regarding the issues. Unfortunately, I'm not a mechanic nor do I know anything about cars, so when I got the chance to call to describe the issues, I was able to notice where the problem was. There was a screw missing where it was supposed to hold the fender and bumper together. They told me to bring it back in on my day off, which I did. That means an entire week went by with my bumper detaching from the fender and falling off more. (Of course, when I noticed it getting worse, I would try and push it back in as best as I could.) When I got there, Quincy had told me the issues I reported were due to new damages. They were unable to fix my bumper and fender because the bumper's mounting tab was broken, so a screw couldn't run through it anymore. Quincy and her manager looked under my bumper, noticing scratches from the bumper scraping, and presented me with the option of filing a new claim for new damages to replace the entirety of the bumper once again. Quincy and her manager insisted I drove over something (like a speed bump) that resulted in the bumper mounting tab breaking off. I was adamant in that the scrapes under the bumper had to be due to it quite literally falling off paired with my everyday driving. Quincy and her manager couldn't have given less of a shit, and walked away. My thing is, even IF I had drove over a speedbump that resulted in the mounting tab breaking off, shouldn't my car parts be secured enough to withstand everyday driving after brand new repairs? The screws under my bumper were able to be loosened by hand and some were even missing. While they stated it was due to the "new damages", the screw was never there. Like I said, as soon as I got home from picking up my car, it was already out of place. Now, I'm left with a detached bumper that will likely keep getting worse until I'm able to afford getting the entire thing replaced, once again. (Also, to speak to their quality once again, they had left manufacturing stickers completely visible and inaccessible due to them being behind my grille.) Do what you will with this information, but I will not be returning to Lee's Automotive again.

I had some front end work completed on my Honda Pilot. I have had body work completed on 3 other occasions. I keep going back to Lee's as they do great work, they are very efficient, very knowledgeable and very attentive to all the details involved with my repairs. Quincy keeps me up to date on the progress and is extremely helpful. She is on top of all the repairs, costs and any details that need to be brought to my attention. i will definitely return to Lee's the next time I need their services and look forward to having Quincy helping me once again.

Just picked up my truck from lees automotive. It was difficult finding a shop that does aluminum work but these guys nailed it. Attention to detail was immaculate. So happy to have my truck back and looking like new.

My insurance led me to this shop to repair some damage to the front of my truck due to a hit and run. They were prompt, I dropped my truck off on the agreed day, one week later I got a call/text saying the repair was done. As far as the rework itself, it looks good. There was some left over plastic and not-so-good sealant around the refurb headlight (not their fault I imagine), but there were a couple of plastic clips missing from one of the trim pieces underneath the hood. I did appreciate they detailed the inside of the truck and it wasn't something I expected at all so that was a really nice gesture. Overall, good work.

If could give a zero - I would. It started out fine and then quickly went downhill. They tried to put a non OEM bumper on my BMW - why, don't know. Then because of this - they had to extend the work for another week which cost me a week out of pocket for my rental. I only had 4 weeks. Then I pick the car up finally, and as I'm inspecting it, note a ripple on the hood and a chip by the front hood. They try to buff it out. In addition, the car is dirty in places it shouldn't be. So I tell them I need to leave and I'll follow up on the ripple and chip. I reach out to Quincy and her response is immediate and unprofessional - we didn't touch that part of your car. So though she has pics of the car at drop off - I send them to her anyway. She keeps taking my insurance rep off the emails, I keep putting my rep back - and keep in mind the only reason I went to Lee's was because it was a preferred vendor of my insurance company. After unnecessary email exchanges, we agree that I'll drop the car off - I had to beg for a rental car - which was also unprofessional and lacked serious integrity. Quincy's communication style is toxic, unprofessional, and unnecessary. After I get home - I get a message saying they are not going to address what they committed to in the email - I then go back out to pick up my car. It was a waste of my time. I wrote a long letter to my insurance carrier and left a detailed voicemail on why they should not work with Lee's again. Customer Service is free. So is kindness. Quincy could have checked her photos before her quick curt response denying responsibility for a chip/ripple that wasn't there when I dropped the BMW off - she could have been more professional. Overall - horrible experience.
