I would like to rate this shop top tier in every aspect. From the moment I contacted Vilen hope I spelled that correctly. He is the most courteous, professional and well mannered young man. I had a horrible experience with Geico and he assured me once I dropped my car off that it would be back good as new. Not only did he deliver on his promise, my car was ready before Christmas!! I had the pleasure to meet his father as well. Wonderful man, good family values. Please take your vehicle here, you will not be disappointed. Anita Sims

Vilen was very responsive to phone calls, quote and service. We had our SUV tailgate smashed and the process of dealing with auto insurance was long & stressful. Vilen was very understanding and helpful throughout. It took 1 week for our tailgate to be fixed, way quicker than we anticipated, nicely painted, very honest. Thank you!

I hit the bumper on my wife's small SUV, popping the edge off. Called to make an appointment on Friday and they had me come in on Monday. Friendly and responsive on the phone.We came in, and they immediately got to work. Within 20 minutes, they had refastened the bumper...And they didn't take payment! Did it for free!Hopefully I'll never need another body repair, but if I do, I'll definitely bring my car back into Express! Thanks!

Vilen and his team are kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and fair. Not to mention great at their jobs. I had a minor auto body repair, got quoted a fair price and an hour turnaround time. It only took 30 minutes and I was out the door. Auto mechanics can feel untrustworthy at times, but I never felt that way dealing with Vilen and his team. Would recommend to anyone.

I had a tire blowout on the freeway that caused damage to the side, bumper, and gas panel of my car. Thankfully, I found Vilen and his team who provided exceptional service. They squeezed me in right away, unlike other places with months-long wait times. Their professionalism and efficiency were commendable. I want to express my gratitude for their hard work and outstanding repairs. Vilen and his team were not only skilled but also friendly and approachable. Love these guys ! We had an accident and all the while when every shop is back logged for months on parts . Mostly unwilling to go the extra mile to get my car returned . So when another incident happened . I was so so grateful the owner is myNeighbor . He saw it get towed and helped us get our car in and our insurance to accept an out of network shop.Caliber was nothing short of rude and lied to us to get our car in the shop for months . Express Auto was incredible !I am forever grateful to you all because I am disabled & you all truly cared and extremely accommodating!Wouldn't go anywhere else , they're the best in this area!

Awesome people to work with they fixed my car fast. The we're very responsive even in the late hours. All the staff is very friendly as well. My car was vandalized and the made sure my car looked brand new.

I decided to bring my Honda Accord to here because of the 5 star rating.All i have to say is this yelp rating is legit! THEY ARE LEGIT!The customer service is 5 star excellence. Both father & son were very kind and professional. THEY DEFINITELY DO NOT OVER CHARGE. Pricing was perfect.Dad was the one who worked on my bumper.Some how when i went thru a car wash it ripped the paint right off. His work was perfection. (see pics)I am more than happy with the results!I will ONLY do business with them if i have any auto body problems in the future!Hopefully my review will lead you to where the grass is greener!

March 2021 update: I upgrade my car, same model with a different paint color. I have an expensive bumper mod and was repainted.. and I am impressed, yet again. Color match is perfect and I get compliments everywhere. Definitely coming back here for further mods. See how it's doing, I'm on TikTok and IG @teddys.gt.
