Our neighbor broke down and I called Auburn Tow. They arrived in a timely manner, gave our stranded neighbor a ride, along with his car in tow and were cool enough to wait for us to pay for it when they got him back home safely.

The man (Luis) showed up, only calling once upon arrival at 10:52. I met him at his vehicle at 10:53 and he berated me for being "late" and claimed to have called me 3+ times. I showed him the only call in my call log from him and he dismissed me saying I should have been at my car. (I was just inside as it was cold and rainy, and was told he would take 1 hr, so no I'm not waiting outside) I told him the issue with the car and he was smug and said he didn't believe me. Then my mechanic father told him the exact same thing, and he said "oh that makes sense"
I needed to run back inside while he was putting the car on the truck to grab a jacket, I told him and he said okay. I was again only 90 seconds- 2 minutes, and he started calling my phone saying he was going to leave.
This tow truck driver was totally awful, rude, impatient, and sexist. DO NOT use this towing service.

Would for sure use again. Arrived pretty quick to my location and what I really appreciated were their fare prices. Hopefully I'm not in the need of a tow again but if I ever am I'll give them a call.

Here's my satisfaction ratings broken down: (see below for greater detail) OVERALL: 4.75/5 COST: 4.25/5 SERVICE QUALITY: 4.75/5 TIME: 5/5 FRIENDLINESS: 5/5 Cost: 4.25/5, it isn't the "cheapest" tow, but the quoted price was honored, and I feel that it was reasonable. Do your own price shopping, of course. I didn't necessarily want the "cheapest tow" (in worries of quality of service and care)... for transparency, I paid $146 for a 1.5 mile tow. You might say I got scammed, you might say it's cheap, I say I got good, quick, friendly, careful service. I'm happy with the price. Service quality: 4.75/5, pretty much perfect on their service! We had some problems with scraping but my car is low, and I also told the driver not to worry about the scrapes- so I must admit that any damage would be on me- minor scraping on the bottom of the front bumper. (THIS IS NOTHING NEW TO YOU IF YOU HAVE A LOWERED CAR LIKE MINE). The driver was still very diligent and careful, EVEN when I insisted not to worry about the clearance issues. Time: 5/5, I was told that it would be about 30 minutes to arrival- I think it took them around 35 or 40 minutes... not bad!!! I've heard horror stories about other tow companies taking hours to arrive... not Enfinitiy! Friendliness: 5/5, my driver was polite, friendly, and had a problem solving attitude. I definitely appreciate this! Massive help to me and eliminated any bit of stress in the process. Based on my experience today, I would recommend them to my family or friends. This was my first time using them, and I'm not sure how other employees are, but this driver and experience was superb! Huge thank you for coming and helping me with my Prelude! If you need a tow, give Enfinity a call and ask for a quote.

My car recently got broken into and I needed to get it fixed and my auto shop recommended enfinity towing. They were able to arrive in an hour and get my car towed away. Got a courtesy call 15 mins before pick up. I would recommend using this towing company. 5 star service. Thank you so much!!!

I called for a quote and told them I would call back in the morning to schedule. They beat me to it and called me back first. Driver was very professional and courteous. I feel bad I don’t remember his name but he was the best. Saving their number and will use again.

Very Friendly and professional service from both the dispatcher and the driver, Mike. They made a bad situation a little less stressful. The service was very fast and reliable. After we were told by our membership roadside service (won’t list names or any repeating letters here) that we weren’t an emergency so they wouldn’t get to us this evening at 6:30PM. After a half hour call we were finally told they would dispatch a tow truck with a 3+ hr minimum wait. Needless to say, a quick 2 min call got a truck to us in less than 15 minutes and my two children and I were home in no time. Would HIGHLY recommend Enfinity Towing.Service: Car towing
