Aaron is an extremely creative, dedicated loan officer who rolls up his sleeves and does everything in his power to successfully execute. It's very difficult obtaining a mortgage with today's high rate environment. Aaron was able to reduce my rate by nearly an entire point prior to closing!

Well now that the closing has happened and things are moving right along (??) I just wanted to take a moment to “Thank You” for everything you (and Cornerstone) has done. The whole process went very smoothly. Help was available every step of the way. You were available at any time including off hours and weekends and were willing to meet not necessarily at the office to make life easier. The agency responded to clarify what was needed in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. Although the process felt like a lifetime, in reality all this happened in a little over a month! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend “You” and “Cornerstone” to anyone!!! Thanks again! ? ?

I worked with Tim on my home loan and told him I wanted to close in 2 weeks. This was my want, but I had no real expectation to close before 30 days, especially since I had taken s year and a half off of work and had just started a new job. My loan definitely was going to need some love to make it work in general. He did some quick math in his head and said "EASY! We got this!" Tim's energy and sense of urgency make me feel secure and confident in the process. I was expecting to feel overwhelmed, but between Tim and Melanie, this was the easiest loan process I've been through and we had all of our side ready to go 10 days after I first spoke with Tim. I will not use anyone else moving forward. This team knows what they are doing and to feel like I was their priority, it was like flying first class! Thanks Lombardo Team!!!

Luke Wagner and his team were amazing during the process of our home loan. Our loan was extremely difficult and when we felt like giving up he reminded us to let them continue to fight for us. Napoleon Williams at Cornerstone was the super hero in my mortage process. I was struggling to become Pre-approved with another lender before I was referred to him.
