My sister and I were in the process of finalizing her vehicle purchase when we faced some complications with the loan approval process. After unsuccessfully attempting to resolve the issue over the customer service line, we decided to go into the nearest BECU, here in Federal Way. We were met by a consultant named Diana who went above and beyond to help us, she was extremely patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. She gave my sister particularly useful advice relating to her situation, and after walking us through how exactly to improve the situation, she helped us do exactly that. While the representative on the phone call made it seem like there was nothing that could be done to remedy the situation, Diana found a way to help us. We are extremely appreciative of her expertise and genuine kindness. Thank you so much, Diana!

I only used the cash machine inside a Fred Meyer store outside of regular BECU hours, but I felt safe, and it was clean and nice.

I went as a result of my BECU Visa card being compromised and Diana was the representative that helped me. I can’t say enough about her attention she put into helping me go through the steps necessary to protect my card from hacking in the future with extra security on my accounts etc. She spent time making sure I understood the different options available to me. She displayed a extremely professional attitude while helping me. If you’re lucky enough to get her as the representative helping you, you scored big time. Thank you Diana for all you do for me to remedy my situation.

They withdrew money from my account 2 times when I only scheduled it once, but they said it was not their responsibility. How sure am I that my money is safe in this bank?!

The advertisement this credit union plays on the advertisement TV screen in the lobby doesn't give me confidence in the auto loan business. ( People over profits) I don't find this outcome on my auto loan statement. My auto loan payment is 287 each month... BECU collects 106 dollars from payment each month. Resulting in the loan payment paid to loan is 181.00 each month. I was approved for the loan March 2023 due to the high loan fee deduction each month as of November 2023 the loan amount has not reduced by one thousand dollars. Before you sign documents have written confirmation of amount of loan payment will go to interest each month. The interest rate in no where near (People over Profits. I will advise manager next time I go to make a payment.

Been a BECU member for a long time and can't picture that ever changing, I always feel so well taken care of whether its over the phone or in person! This particular location has always been my go-to, and while it can get busy during peak times, they go above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of in a timely manner. I most recently did a walk-in appt on a Saturday at noon (probably the busiest time) to print a personal check I needed for that evening, and Paula helped me quickly and she was so nice and personable! She thanked me for my patience even though I felt like I was imposing for walking in basically last-minute!

Great credit union, just need more locations and employees. This location can get very busy (DMV) style, but they're all nice people. Like them way more than Bank of America or Chase. Another downfall is limited hours and weekdays. No 24/7 customer service. If it's passed business hours, you're outta luck.

This location decided to close their indoor ATMs after 6 and on weekends. forcing customers to deal with depositing and withdrawing cash out in the open and in the dark. The entire commons is crawling with junkies and weirdos.Customers , especially women should not have to deal with banking in unsafe conditions like this.The fact BECU won't offer drive through ATMs was bad enough. Now this!
