“We are all very lucky to have Jerry and family/team here in the valley. My family members and I have used them several times over the years and always been very happy. Yesterday I picked up my car after it was hit in a parking lot and as always, Jerry had made it look like it never happened, and for a reasonable price. “I am Canadian and live in Vancouver BC. At the end of July my Canadian 2020 Honda CRV broke down while I was in North Bend Washington. Late Friday afternoon! Damn, doesn't get any worse than that as there is no service around. AAA supported by its Canadian equivalent(BCAA) helped me out and recommended GERE Automotive in Snoqualmie for service. This may seem straight forward but there are differences between Canadian and American Hondas and I had to go back home.
The problem was more complex than originally thought. Gere staff were extremely helpful and thorough in this international service. Gere staff took into account the Canadian variances which was essential.
The staff were very good, Jason and Mike.
The car runs fine I am very happy to have my car back.
The bill was pricey but, would have been on either side of the border. Such is the nature of car repair. I am completely happy with the work and customer service.
The Gere Automotive shop was tidy and clean. That was important as it demonstrates an attention to detail which carries over to their work.
I'm giving Gere 5 stars!”

“Our little family is forever grateful to this company and for Dallas! We were traveling through from out of State, and our leaf spring pin our fifth wheel broke leaving us on the shoulder of the highway for hours unfamiliar with the area. It was a Saturday and most places were closed and the ones that weren’t could not come out and help us. We became discouraged very quickly after 8 hours and not even the Highway Patrol came after calling it in. Lo and behold 8:30 PM on a cold dark evening Dallas came to the rescue! He knew exactly what to do to get us off the road safely. Dallas, you have no idea how much of a hero you were to us. We continually sing your praises! Thank you for showing up for us in a time of crisis!”
“I needed an honest opinion about my suspension system. One mechanic quoted me $3,500 to $4,000 to repair it and a second mechanic stated nothing was wrong with it. A close friend of mine recommended Gary King of King's Quality Auto Repair to take a look at it. Although it was a 45 minute drive each way, an honest mechanic is like a diamond in the rough. They inspected it thoroughly and showed me a minor concern to watch in the future. Bottom-line, nothing is wrong with my suspension system. “Just like everyone has said, Fred is the real deal. I have two older dirt bikes, a 2000 Yamaha and a 1976 Honda. I keep the bikes near Canada and I couldn't find anyone to work on them. Finally I tracked down Fred and he said, bring them in. Long story short. He fixed them both up and they run better than ever. I highly recommend Fred because he is a man of his word. “Klahanie's Chevron has been such a blessing to this community for decades! Dave and his staff always are so willing and happy to help with any situation! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for my oil changes or tire issues or whatever the issue.They always are pleasant to work with and take of the customer. Tonight at 5pm I came in because my tire was losing air and, on the spot, they detected it was a valve issue and took care of it for me immediately so I didn't have to leave it overnight to get fixed the next day. I appreciate them very much! Thank you Dave!”

“Full disclosure, I have never had a good experience with Chevrolet dealer and so my expectations were in the toilet when I decided to speak with this dealer. First off, they communicated clearly ahead of time to schedule an appointment. I was delayed by another dealer and arrived late and they didn't remind me of my tardiness. I was greeted with a smile from all four people in the showroom. The experience continued along these lines. Everyone was friendly, courteous and cordial. To the folks looking to get a C8, go and have a chat with these folks. There was no BS and they called things as they saw them. For folks who are into collectibles, their showroom is filled with metal pedal cars. It's an experience. I'm sure kids would love it. Oh yes, they even had a 1954 Bel Air in the show area. Overall, I have to say that they are one of the best car dealers I've ever dealt with! Nice job!”
