These guys are AWESOME!!! Went to VCA for an estimate on getting dental work on my dog, and their high-end estimate for getting all teeth removed was $5000. These awesome people did it for less than half that. They were super super kind and treated my dog super well, gave clear care instructions, and even called for the next few days to make sure she was ok. Getting her teeth removed was a very hard decision, but these guys did their best to make it as easy on us as possible, only doing work with extra costs after calling me first. Transparent and kind, this is the best vet experience I've had and will recommend them to anyone who needs genuine good care for their pet.

I was able to get appointments for my 2 cats within a reasonable time frame, without having to waiting for weeks for them to be seen. The Vet and staff were all very professional, friendly, and personable. They make sure you understand everything they are going to do and how much it will cost before they do it; then they make sure you understand everything before they send you and your furry friend(s) home. They obviously care a great deal for every animal brought into them. As long as my husband and I live here in this area, I will continue to take my babies there for every checkup and/or any other Veterinary need.

They cancel my appointment without notice , i ask
To speak to a manager they didn’t let me or give me a number beside office number, and even though it wasn’t my fault about my appointment cancellation they still have horrible customer service

I have taken 2 large breed dogs a pittbull/ lab mix and a German Shepard to intercity vet. This is the absolute ? best vet and and all the employees are incredible. Yesterday they saved my German Shepards life. I had noticed she was off for a few days and stopped eating the night before so we called that morning to get her in. Her problem was so serious one or two more days she would have been gone. They did emergency surgery late that day, they all stayed there late after they closed to get her taken care of. Amazing people and I truly love them all. The Dr. Is an amazing human being and the best vet. My dog is home today and she is going to be totally fine. I took my Pitt bull in last year and she had cancer. He did her surgery as well, got everything and she is perfect. There are no words I could ever express for how much I appreciate them. I don't leave reviews for places I go in general but if anyone is considering this vet for their pet, I urge you , if you love your pet use intercity veterinary. We had a 3rd dog who my husband took to another vet..a nice smaller office with a really nice vet. I think they were great for like a general visit for shots etc..but they missed his Cancer. After about 5 visits in 2 months because we knew something was going on he was told to go to a hospital for imaging. They found he had prostate cancer that spread all the way up to his heart and had to go to sleep TODAY...we could not believe it. So we arranged for a a home visit from a vet who does these services and she came so he could go at home with our family. I am ? absolute sure if we would have used this intercity vet he would be here with us..positive. please use this vet, I have found no one better and if I had children I would trust them with my kids ( my dogs are my kids) . 5 stars for Jessica for going above and beyond on a small matter with fur and matting. This place has been quick and efficient and they all connect with the animals every time they see them so I trust they want them to be taken care of. The only thing I wish was different was the phone lines. The hold music clicks every few seconds making me think someone is answering. My brain cant get past this. I hope its just me.

This is the 3rd Vet i have used since my move to Everett in 2022. The two previous vet services I have used previous were not to my satisfaction. I have been with Intercity Vet for 14 months, with 3 services to date. First was new pt wellness visit, then much needed dental work, and most recent wellness visit/uti check. I have been completely satisfied with each visit. The doctor explains diagnoses, treatments and/or follow ups thoroughly and patiently. He calls with lab results and answers all questions. The supporting staff in the office is friendly and respectful. I feel i may have finally found a long term vet for my orange cat, Biscuit :)

Twice we needed care for two of our cats in the last month. Both times, ALL the staff was simply AWESOME, from the guys at the front desk, to Dr. Freeman. I couldn't recommend this clinic more!! Thank you!!!!

Worst customer service! Took my cat in to be put down, and they wouldn't help or give other locations that would be able to help after being a customer there for over 13 years. My cat was dying in my arms didn't even make it through the rest of the evening. All we wanted was for him to go in peace. The ladies that were working there were heartless.
