I have been trying to rent a unit at one of three locations the have. They don't return my calls or my boyfriends calls. I have filled out the online quote with my info and no response. Very disappointed

Phil is one of the rudest unprofessional people I've ever had to deal with. If you rent from him he will automatically think you're a garbage person. Not to mention he's wishy-washy about his business protocols.Update on new owners. I had to move States unexpectedly and no one, and I mean no one can get ahold of these guys. Out of the frying pan and into the fire.

No one answers the phone. Voicemail always full. No office to go to. Can't get a statement. Address to PO box is wrong. Do not rent from these people.

Apparently they changed ownership yet they never contacted their customers to let them know!! No letter mailed, no phone calls letting their customers know about the change in ownership….. NOTHING!!! They have my currant address yet the way I found out was the fact that they NEVER answer the PHONE and NEVER return voicemails and their mailbox is full so I drove by and low and behold on a piece of paper on the building in the tiniest writing they let customers know. They changed the address where you are supposed to mail your payment and everything and didn’t even notify us!! I paid my storage this month yet it’s double locked because guess what? They probably didn’t receive my payment since I sent it to their old P.O. Box!! I’m super upset and as soon as I get ahold of them I’m getting my stuff out of there!! It’s a shady business trying to get people to default on their units by not providing them with the correct information!! Call their number right now!! It goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full!! What kind of business runs this way?? I have two units there that I have been renting since 2019, one for my mom, and one for my husband and I. We are super disappointed in the way they are doing business here. I liked Phil but this is just wrong!

Recently the storage units have been sold and rebotten by new owners who intend to keep the place a storage facility with new upgrades in security and paint. You can only rent a unit if you pay by check or money order they do not accept cash

I have been at this location with my band for several years now. Somehow we got to stay even after the most recent fire (not the first). Nearly every day there are shady characters about. Literally someone was murdered here. KIRO Seattle: One shot and killed outside Everett storage facility. The owner, Phil, is not responsive to issues about units. We have a heater which doesn't work anymore and cfl lights out inside the building. Both have been mentioned without any action being taken. It works as a band space since Uber beatz doesn't have rooms, but the riffraff is strong at this location and the mgmt lacking. Not recommended.

This place is just awesome runs smoothly, always accessible when I show up, morning noon night, thank you Phil and workers for making this place such an awesome expieriance and security is top notch!!

The owner only gives you 2 of the three keys and I had stuff missing otherwise the people are great oh the owner also tazed a homeless person to wake him up but did I mention the people there are great
