I was shopping around for insurance to see if it would make sense to switch coverage and was referred to the Miller Agency by a friend. Gretchen was so kind, knowledgeable and trustworthy. She ultimately informed me that it would be better to stay with my current insurance provider due to my circumstances but still went above and beyond by providing me with great information that helped me save money with my insurance provider. This customer service was so refreshing and I highly recommend the Miller Agency for anyone needing insurance. Thank you Gretchen! :)

The Miller Insurance Agency has been like family to us for almost 10 years now. Every time we talk it's mostly catching up on how we/our familys have been. I would recomend them time and again. Miller Insurance is well-staffed with knowledgeable agents and staff and I highly reccommend this agency for all your insurance needs. I had a question about claims handling for a property claim. Hannah researched the answer and promptly called me back with a solid answer. As many insurers today move more and more towards eInsurance/digital solutions it is nice to still have personable agents who will speak with you! AI may save money for the carriers, but, it will never replace the one-on-one interaction between an agent and her customer.

Gretchen was an absolute pleasure to work with! Not only did she get us an amazing deal on a home and auto bundle but she genuinely cares about the people she works with. She remembered small details such as the fact that I am a veteran and even sent me a message on Veterans day thanking me for my service.
