I had an unfortunate situation where I needed help. The two older white men were absolutely rude, towed my car. Used to be a regular but poor times show character. I could have died. Worst customer service ever. WILL NEVER RETURN. Not even decent human beings.

Use to work here back in 97/98 when it was a Shell gas station. Still great customer service!!

Just had the best car wash here! The man was so helpful and worked harder than I've ever seen anyone to make sure my car was clean and dry.

This place charges sales tax on items that are exempt from sales tax per the Department of Revenue. When stated to the employees that this is the case, they continue to do so without regards to the laws in place.

I have been a client for 8 years. And today is the last day i ever come here. Also ima make sure ill let all my family and friends know where not to shop.All thanks to the lady thats working there. I asked if i could use the bathroom and she said i couldn't unless i bought something. Bathrooms are for clients. Im a client!! Racism? Maybe...

Was refused service this morning for not wearing a mask. Have PTSD and respiratory issues. Been coming here every morning for three years. Went down the street to 7-11–no issue. Will never return.

Very great and friendly workers and customer service. I go in a lot and they remember what i need. Also a Very convinient location. I definitely understand the bathroom policy everyone has commented about but if you are from everett you would understand why you would have to be a paying customer to use the restroom.
