Had a great experience at this store. Two kind gentleman helped me as well as their manager. I was having trouble transferring my phone number from another carrier and they fixed this issue. They also got me on a great plan and were helpful in answering all my questions 10/10 recommend this store! Thank you!!

This is the most ghetto T-mobile store. Went there to get my replacement phone that was delivered to this store. The store was supposed to be open till 8pm. I arrived at 6:30 pm and they were already closed (doors locked and gated) with the employee just sitting in the back of the store on his phone.

Horrible experience! It's been 3 months since they messed up my account and I'm still trying to get it fixed. Every time Ive reached out they're rude and unhelpful. The Corp office has even tried getting them to fix the issue but they continue to refuse. They've lied and shoved me off countless times. Customer care isn't any better referring me to them. NEVER will I every go there again. A total scam!They've over charged me, lied and refused to fix it. Now I'm stuck with their trash service. 0 stars. The manager sucks!

Awful experience from the beginning! They double charged us. Put us on the wrong plan and then changed it without notification. They gave me someone else's phone without me knowing so a week later it stopped working. Finally figure out what was wrong and went back and had to return that phone but then the one I had ordered was no where to be found. Literally worst customer experience I have ever had. T-mobile customer service by phone was the only help. Still working on fixing our bill months later.

I had a really Bad experience in this Store.The Manager of this store gave me FALSE INFORMATION for me to get a Magneta MAX plan.I got the Magenta Max Plan and he said there is STORE DISCOUNT of 150$(applied by Manager)which will applied in 1-2 months.I took the Connection end of May.I went there again by June end to enquire about it the same guy said you will get it next month Bill.Till now I haven't recieved any discount.This Is FALSE INFORMATION and CHEATING.Don't Trust these guys

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. The manager is rude, apparently it becomes the customers fault if an employee makes a promise to the customer that the manager doesn't want to honor. I spoke with customer care who informed me it was possible for the manager to honor the promise, they were just choosing not too. If an employee promises to waive a restocking fee given certain circumstances, the customer shouldn't be told to "learn to read receipts". The manager should say, "I will make sure that employee is trained with proper information for next time, but for the time being we will honor that". It shouldn't be the customers fault that the store does not ensure their employees are informed on store policy.

I was promised by an employee that my restocking fee would be waived. Once it was time to return the device, the employee quickly back pedaled and said he never said that. Speaking with the manager she informed me, "you need to learn how to read receipts" and quickly called me a liar and blamed me for the situation. She also told me, "you can and whine all you want, it won't change anything". I was trying to have a conversation about it and everyone in the store quickly accused me of lying. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The manager also informed me that I needed to speak to a corporate store, however that was also a lie to get out of the conversation. She was rude and belittling the entire time. No sense of customer service and no desire or care to help customers at all. Don't waste your time at this store.

Lady who helped me was great. No conversation straight to point and sat quietly whole time. But whatever. Asian dude I believe was manager (maybe name was Johnathan) was there 6/8 at around 10:30-11ish. Absolutely rude and unprofessional whole time. Said my child and niece couldn’t stand on the carpet as if they were hurting anything by being on the carpet then had a major attitude rest of our time there. Go to ANY other T-Mobile location

I do not normally give reviews let alone a one star review, but this location deserves it.If you need to do anything with tmobile please do it anywhere else but here.We were trying to turn-in our trade -in and they did not know how to do it. Told us to just leave the phone and they will handle it. No paper or anything. Walkout and Went back to say all the other times Ive done this i was provided a proof of me bringing it in, they said oh its because I didn’t turn it in on time, or oh its not showing on the account. I took back the phone and drove to another location 5 mins got everything done, no problems and given proof of trade in.ANYTHING DEALING WITH TRADES JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

-- Zero starsGo to a different T-mobile store other than this one!After pretending the phone was not in stock that I wanted. I politely opted to go to a different store to get the SAME device that I wanted. The kid later came from the back and was like... yea we do have Note 22 (liar).Zero stars the representative purposely put the wrong screen protector on my phone. The protector did NOT cover the edge of my ultra Note 22 with curved edges. (idiot)Then added insurance on my phone which I did NOT ask for or need!...Stop trying to steal money from customers and work more hours.Have been to this store a few times and every time there is an issue with the representative.The GM obviously needs to hire competent people instead of any kids off the street. smhDo not waste your time.

Came in to get a screen protector they were out for my model. This happens a lot. But every other time this Has happen the tmobile agent looks up where the closet one is. He did not and acted like he didn't want to help me. I drove 15 mins outta the way to get a screen protector. The least they could do is tell me where one is

I went to this store to add another line and This guys stole my money adding to my account en extra watch line that never had and a coverage phone insurance without my permission and not only that but the phone that i added to my line never received direct calls only face time calls now I have to pay $235.88 when my total was goin to be 90 plus tax don’t go there

As a multi year customer, I can say I'm disappointed in these retail outlets. I can flat out saying they are untruthful and what you're saying you most of the time. And if what they do does not benefit them directly they have no time for you

Very bad experience, add two lines without my authorization!!!I went to this store on Tuesday 1/3/2023 asking the information to add a new line to my account, one of the sales person explained to me how much it will cost and what is the promotion they offer, I told them I will call the support to see if they offer me free Sim card and activation fee free , maybe I will come back here. After I call support they say they will give me free Sim card and free activation fees Because I have 9 years with the t mobile, but yesterday when I received the package from tmobile, they send me 3 Sim cards, I call the support, they told me someone in the retail store activated two lines in my account, I am very disappointed for this store .How they can add two lines without my permission, I am lucky I found out earlier.the management here should do better training for their employees , this is illegal behavior
