I have tried going to this location on 3 different occasions and each time still having between 10-15 minutes before closing and someone is always turning paying customers away and have some excuse for not letting you in the store. And they do it extremely rudely! Today’s excuse was they restart the Amazon register each night for the next morning but they do it before closing so they can’t help anyone, especially when it takes less than 2 minutes. I own two business and this is complete garbage/dumpster fire customer service. Have a little respect!!!
Oh and please don’t comment back Staples. I’ve seen your lousy response you give everyone on here!

Super frustrated with their printing department. According to one employee the manager must have "forgot to call" before their shift ended to let me know they were cancelling my order and not honoring the one time copyright use. So instead I waited around all day for a call that didn't come, only to find out I didn't even have an order anymore when I called to check on it 20 minutes before closing. Communicate with your customers.

I walked up to the store with 15 minutes and they told me I couldn’t make copies of my documents. Now whether they have to stay late for 2 min or whatever. I was a loyal customer until yesterday.

I always have had good service at the Staples in Everett.
I shop, or print a few things on my own, I also email a printing order ahead and just pick it up.
Always helpful and friendly.
I do notice a high turnover of employees.

The human element has disappeared from this place. It has been my first choice for shopping office products. But the employees have become abrupt and unhelpful. I’ve noticed the trend, and today was the last straw when I asked for my 4yo to use the bathroom. The lady wouldn’t even look at me—I didn’t even argue just asked if she knew of a location nearby and she turned away. When I couldn’t find folders I didn’t want to ask.
There have got to be exceptions to rules. Elderly and children deserve bathrooms. Nothing is stopping me from ordering on Amazon other than my desire to see brick and mortar survive. But without the human element, what’s the point?
