Clean and secure facility. Leasing the space for my RV was easy and a good price compared to the competition. Chantelle the manager was very helpful.

Chantelle was very helpful and professional, she gave us the tour so we could make a decision on the size of the storage we needed. Clean spaces, easy and fast to move in. I highly recommend this place.

So my storage unit was broken into and after filling a report they did nothing about it.. then continued to charge me for my unit... After waiting for someone to get a hold of me about it.... They decide to tell me the remaining items will be auctioned off.... Big lawsuit coming...

Excellent experience renting a storage unit here.
Store Manager, Chantelle greeted us immediately when we entered the lobby and was very helpful in providing information regarding what size unit was best for our needs. Even taking the time to show us a couple of units so we could decide.
She was then very expedient and professional in writing up our contract for the unit we had picked out, going over every detail on the form, so that there was no gray areas for our financial commitment to Secure Space Self Storage.
After leaving, I felt confident that we had made the right choice of self storage companies.
Thanks to the cleanliness of the facility and thanks to the ease of securing a unit.
The deciding factor was the professionalism of Chantelle, the Store Manager's demeanor and presentation, along with her ability to make us feel safe with storing our family treasures at this facility.

Worst storage unit I've ever used! They do not care about your stuff, they don't care about your safety, or items. The management is rude and unprofessional. Our stuff got locked in right in front of the front door, including my dad's cell phone. When we called the management they didn't care, and just told us to wait until the morning. Worst company I've ever experienced. I do NOT recommend.

Chantelle is amazing as management. She is always there to help with any questions that may come up and if she doesn't have the answer you best believe she is going to find it. Been at this place since 2019 and she is by far the best manager I have had!
