Non-existent customer service. Chris at the front desk must have been having a bad day. I came in with a 9am reservation. He snapped that they don't do reservations until after 10am. I told him I have 2 separate confirmations that both show that it's a 9am reservation. He took that as a personal insult, and snapped back that it's not happening. I left and came back at 10:45, and he informed me that he gave my reservation to someone else. He said that since I "stormed out earlier" he figured that I no longer wanted my reservation, so he took it upon himself to cancel the reservation I had booked almost 2 weeks in advance. He said it's standard practice to cancel reservations if the person is 30 minutes late. I've never heard this rule, and even if that was the rule, I have a text and an email that show a 9am confirmed reservation. If you value your time, and you plan ahead during a move, take your business somewhere else. If he is in a bad mood, he may decide to take it out on you and your reservation. Not worth it.

They're raising prices for existing customers in an attempt to force them out so they can bring new customers at a higher rate.

He genuinely steps out of his role to help his clients to the best of his abilities making people like us not leave the storage from past 5 year despite of price increase. Thanks again!
