They tried to hide and ignore when a break in happened during school hours! They didn’t communicate with parents whatsoever. It is alarming that they don’t take the children’s safety and parent’s concern seriously.

Kindercare has been amazing with my little one, they are so friendly and caring. I am so comfortable taking my baby there every day and know he is loved and cared for!

My infant is currently enrolled in there infant classroom. I can't be more then happy to have my baby in their care. We enrolled with this center over 3 months ago and I was first concerned with 1 of the teachers. But over last month. There is a new set of teachers in the classroom and they're amazing. They're always sending me updates and the do a great job with communication!! I'm also happy with the management that is running the center. When I did have concerns or questions they helped me! I'm happy I found a great learning center for my infant!

My grandson goes to this daycare center, so I occasionally pick him up. I cannot recommend this place enough! They always go above and beyond! They offer the very best care I’ve ever seen, professional caring top notch staff! My grandson loves his teachers and friends at “school” and truly enjoys his days at kindercare! If we can’t be home with the kiddos then this is the next best thing! Great staff, wonderful director and very caring teachers!! 5 plus stars all the way!!

Silver Lake Kindercare is full of the most caring and wonderful leaders, teachers, and assistants. Our child is not neuro-typical, she experiences her senses differently which has made it challenging for her in many ways. This team especially The Director Rachelle and her assistant Rachel have been nothing short of amazing. We started care in October where due to covid we could not enter the school or her class. They coordinated meetings to introduce staff and the grounds, sent pictures, and took their personal time to FaceTime with us to help familiarize her prior to her first day - they made us and our little so comfortable the transition from home to school was seamless and that is no easy undertaking for a child with SPD. Even now they continue partnering with me, her therapists and our school district to ensure all of my child’s needs are met. I cannot say enough positive words for how I feel about this home away from home. Thank you all for what you do - you are appreciated!!

When my daughter attended the daycare. She was so nervous. But the teachers there made her feel so safe and happy. And not only did they make her feel safe and happy. They took the time and got her potty trained. Which was amazing. And then they taught her how to spell her name. And when she was there. They kept me informed on how she was doing. Taki g photos of her playing with friends. And eating good food. And taking her naps. And I have to say this. I looked all around the back of the photos. And the daycare couldn't be more cleaner. Just knowing that my daughter ia being taken care of by wonderful teachers. The establishment is so clean. Which is a huge plus. If I am able to give more than 5 stars. I would. Teacher's there are amazing. And they taught my daughter so much. She always smiled. But when I told her it was time to go to tje Daycare. She couldn't get out of the house fast enough. She loves everyone there. Keep up thw wonderful work guys.

My 5 year old neice has been going to your day care for 7 months now & always tells how she enjoys socializing with her teachers & her classmates. She always loves how fresh the food is & says the cook makes great food. The staff always treats my neice with great respect & she can't get enough of it. The place has great establishment. The place is always nice, clean & organized. The staff are also very generous & kind to the parents & always make us feel welcom with open arms.. I would recommend this place to all parents with little ones. Thank you for everything & for making it fun for my neice.

My son has been attending KinderCare Silverlake since he was 8 weeks old. The kindness and love they show him is overwhelming.He is now two, and truly loves his teachers and everyone on the team!

I think this is a great place for kids! My nephew goes here and I’m beyond happy he goes here. He gets the best care there also, everyone listens to my concerns and there’s never an issue.

The directors discriminate kids with special needs do NOT enroll your child in here, horrible experience since the first day by far the worst child care experience I have ever had.

We had one poor experience after another for three months. From bites on our first day to constantly smacked heads to a teacher who couldn't seem to organize herself enough to take a photo of my child for over a week until I inquired, and despite all these events I tried to give them grace and tell myself certain things are beyond even great teachers' control. The final straw was when my preschooler came home with deep purple and red bruising on his genitalia that wasn't there when I dropped him off. No incident report came home with him. When I showed up the next business day to demand my children's things, the director tried to blame stand-up diapering as the reason they hadn't noticed this very obvious, very large injury on my child. So either they have inadequate supervision so as to observe and prevent altercations between children leading to injury incidents; or they're negligent in caring for these children's basic functions; or they did know and hoped we wouldn't notice such a thing; or SOMETHING ELSE ENTIRELY happened to my child's genitals in their care. It's also worth noting that the director, to whom I brought my children because she made me feel like I could trust her, just nodded and said "okay" like she wasn't even surprised as I angrily told her why I was pulling them out of her facility. Zero acknowledgment that something like this shouldn't have happened, zero indications that they would try to figure out what actually happened, zero attempt at an apology for an injury that occurred in her building and under her care, that had my child squirming in pain all weekend.

When I brought my daughter to the Silverlake Kindercare. She was so nervous. But the Teachers there made her feel so welcome. They took the time to show her all the fun stuff she can so. And I was struggling to get her potty trained. And the teachers helped by getting her trained. And then after that they taught my daughter to write her name. The staff here are amazing. My daughter talks about her teachers all the time. And she loves the food they make for her and her friends. And the staff makes sure I am up to date on all that she does. By Telling me how she was that day in person. From Taking Photos and sending them to me. So I can see her while I am doing what I have to do for her. I so recommend this place for your kids.

All I have to say is WOW. This Center not only meets my expectations, but they exceed them in every way. The staff is very caring and supportive with my nephews needs. He has a ton of energy and is allow to be himself while being safe and well cared for. Since, coming there he is socially excelling and learning new things everyday. I love that the staff is friendly (almost like a family atmosphere) while having a professional demeanor. The staff is also very knowledgeable and a great resource for all types of questions regarding child welfare and development. I can say enough good things about this center and the staff (I could go on forever). Thank you so much for taking such great care of my nephew!!!!!

I love Silver lake KinderCare! They're following all the safety guidelines needed to ensure my boys get the best and safest experience out of their programs. All of the staff is amazing and will go out of their way to make sure that your family is taken care of. They also make sure you have everything you need. Plus their app makes it easy for the teachers to update you with pics of your kids and the activities they're doing along with supplies needed and daily toilet updates and meal updates! I would highly recommend KinderCare for anyone needing peace of mind about leaving your kiddos while you're working. Thank you KinderCare!!

This care center gave me the flexibility to do three day a week care for my daughter. She had a negative experience at a previous center and not only did staff acknowledge my concerns, but they also stay in contact daily through email about your kid and the teachers talk with you everytime you come in. Thank you for making my daughter feel welcome and excited about the plan for the day everytime we walked in. And a special shout out to Sonya and Lauren for their kindness!! It made her happy and excited to try new things.
