I don't know that place well and it's a good place. And I didn't go to my car and looked for it from my car. But the person working there was the first to get angry with a high-pitched voice with a red face. And after I entered the office, they ignored me with a high-pitched voice, got angry, and kicked me out after my complaint.
Most of the replies you sent are false. Is this possible in a service industry that deals with customers? Put your hand on your heart and think about it.
I was a car accident and my car towed to road rescue tow company.
and I took out my stuff on time morning.
Next day today 7.17th Allstate call me and they will tow my car to copart.
At the time I remember that I left some more my stuff back side trunk.so,I was stop by there Road rescue tow co. in the morning.
I was parked and First I want to find it where is it my car on far away.
right time one guy angry to me call me hey hey.
They say,You first come to office.
So, When a go in office, I told them,
Please talk to me polite language.
At the time, they were laughing mockin.
I have complained to them .
after that they say get out my property.so bad tell to me loud sound.
I came in sit my car after happened.
One guy followed to me come to my car. his guy say again get out your car from my property.
So, I came out from there. That why I didn’t pick it up anything my stuff.
I have a lot of stress after car accident but
I have a lot more stress from them road rescue tow company.
Really I was feel so bad.
I strongly request to Owner.
I am a customer.
I don’t want to everything.
Just need basic customer service.
Owner have to train your employees about customer service.
Customer service is very important all kind of business.
I hope, understand all.

I was stop by road rescue towing.
They have bad customer service and are unfriendly. Their faces always look like angry people, and I am afraid to visit again.

They are scammers and their boss lied a lot and very arrogant he never keep his promise and he inflate prices so that people can not recover their car for him to auction it if he promised you anything don’t trust him when you come back he will change and he always go round asking about his victims to know if you have a lot of money so he can charge them more money

Charged me over $600 to tow my vehicle a mile away from their yard. Consider how much they charged me, the service they provided was extremely poor - it was of that from a corrupt developing country type service. Their driver named NASIN was a menace, a true egotistical maniac on the run for some powertrip after he got control over my vehicle. He treated me as if I was a stranger to my own vehicle when I simply was trying to get some stuff off before it's being towed away. They even sent me a letter to auction my vehicle if don't pick it up on time. These goons are disgusting. Please change your name to Bottom Feeders Towing LLC or something because that's what you are. It's unfortunate due to the current law we have that sets no limit on what these goons can charge, they are feeding and taking advantage on those in time of vulnerability and desperation. Never ever use, nor recommend their service. Stay away from them.

My vehicle was stolen at a time when I was struggling and this towing company was called to go tow my van on the first of 1, 2024. After towing the van he sent me a letter in the and I received the letter on the 6th of April. Went there on the 7 but the amount on the letter was $500 when I got there, this guy charged me $1300 plus dollars to get my van. I told him I don’t have that amount and I explained to him my condition and he agreed to help me pay $1k before the 21st of April, he asked for the key to the van, I handed it to him before leaving his towing yard. I called this guy on the 20th of April to come get my van. He said he did his findings with his Palestinian community and they told him that I have money and I’m rich. He will not give me my van and he changed his mind. If I don’t come with more money he will sell my van. Took advantage of me and took my van willingly but God is great. I pray for him to be happy with hurting people and remember you also have a family and what goes around comes around. I am trying to see if I can upload the audio conversation I had with him. That way you will know how evil he is. What goes around comes around. It’s always best to expose cruel people in the society for people to learn and be careful of them

I had an amazing experience with road rescue! My truck was towed by a near apartment complex that didn’t have any clear signs posted. This towing company was more than amazing in getting us the truck back the same night but also for a cheaper price!! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them and everything amazing to say about them being honest. They even gave us a discounted price! Thank you SO MUCH!

Updated to 5 star from 1. I called around and the owner speaks the truth. WSP dictates pricing and every tow company I called charges the same amount. My qualm is not with Road Rescue Towing it is with the morons that set the outrageous prices to begin with. They of course don't have to charge that amount but what self respecting business owner wouldn't want to maximize their profits. I can't believe it costs $634.12 to get your car out of impound but I do not make a habit of getting my car towed so very expensive lesson learned. How someone with an inexpensive commuter can justify paying to retrieve their car boggles my mind. Have a great day and keep making that money player.

Guys towed my car less than a mile when it didn't need towed, took advantage of us in a scene of chaos when we weren't thinking and then charged over $400 when our car was totalled. Guys are just there make a quick buck and steal money. Wouldn't work with us at all. Dont call these guys unless you want to loose a lot of money.

The worst to company in Washington state, these guys robbery so be careful when you go there and talk to them make sure they charge you the right amount, my car has been stalled and recovered by this tow company when I called them they told me on the phone the charge will be $317 and then when I saw my receipt, I realize they charge me $459 .this place need to be shut down .
