I got my kitten established here for a veterinarian. The staff there is wonderful they seem to care and we're very compassionate with my cat.
Their service is prompt and results if you get any testing done came back fairly quickly.
Definitely recommend this vet

While my visit was a while ago I would like to say that this was the worst treatment me and my mom both got from the staff at Pudget Park Veterinary Clinic.
Before I talk about my experience, I completely understand your policies and the fact that we shouldn’t have had as big of a reaction as we did. I know it seems like we are coming from a place of hate, but it is genuinely upsetting to hear that your dog isn’t able to get treatment after we had given him pills to calm him down.
The reason why we were actually upset is because the girl that was at the front desk was being completely rude and ignorant. She then refused to give out her name. If this was because of our “tone” then why did the other girl working the front desk give us her name? Please don’t lie because this does not look good for your company. Just because people can’t reply back doest’t mean you should take advantage of that! :)
The reason as to why my mom and I didn’t have a chance to talk to the manager was because when we asked for the manager, the front desk workers said that the manager wasn’t in yet. Again, if she wasn’t doing anything wrong then why would she lie about this? Please get it right.
But truly my biggest issue is the manager. When I called the next morning as soon as the manager knew who I was, I wasn’t getting any kind of respect from her. When I told her about the behavior that we saw from the girl at the front desk she completely brushed it off, and said that we were at fault. Then I mentioned to her the front desk workers lying about her not being there and again she brushed it off. I never got any kind of apology or acknowledgment that they did something wrong.
Either way I apologized for my behavior because at the end of the day I do take accountability for my actions unlike this clinic. If you don’t believe me then just look at all of the replies to the bad reviews. I get that you guys are defending yourselves, but you should try actually listening to your clientele. Thank you.

This is the only Veterinarian Clinic I will go to. My first experience, was an awesome and everlasting one! The customer service was excellent, the atmosphere was very comfortable, and they treated my dog and I, like a new member to a big family! The Veterinarians are great at what they do!!, and staff were very informative, answered all my questions. They are so compassionate, patient, and they all truly care!

We needed to see a vet quickly and they got us in the same day. Someone on nextdoor suggested this vet and I'm glad I listened. The staff was super friendly and kind and treated our cat quickly. They helped us solve an unknown custody dispute and were very helpful and patient. The price was good. My cat is recovering very nicely from her abscess. I'm amazed how they got my scaredy cat to be so calm and tolerant. We'll definitely come back.

I've never been cared for so intently by a stranger. Our kitty unfortunately passed away here, it was one of the hardest things to go through. Puget Park treated us with respect and empathy, and I'm forever grateful for that.

Got me in the next business day, my dog's labs were to me the next morning.
Nice bedside manner from check in to check out. Dr Scriven made sure we understood eachother and what to expect. Skin issues are hard to chase down but she explained the whole process and challenges and I trust her guidance.
Most importantly, I don't think I've ever seen a dog leave a vet happy and unbothered. PPV was able to have sugar out the door in that mindset :)

I recently took my dog Sparky here for a check-up, and the experience was fantastic. The Dr. was incredibly kind and patient with Sparky, making him feel at ease right away. They took the time to explain every step and answered all my questions thoroughly. The staff was welcoming, and the clinic was clean and professional. I highly recommend them for their excellent care and compassion. Sparky left happy and relaxed!

It's not rude to ask about the care of potential services by how heavily a Dr. Prescribes prednizone.
Because I am not giving you my wallet first you asked 3 damn times for money and not even once what care they may need.
I would not even take my dog to your parking lot.
Again, profit over care.

It’s a pity that one of the reception girls and the manager is so rude and without empathy, a couple of weeks ago I had a terrible experience for arriving 1 minute late, my dog has been treated there since he was 2 months old, they know that before a visit I must sedate him and even so they did not want to attend him, me and my daughter made us feel very frustrated, that’s why I decided to transfer my dog to another veterinarian, it’s a pity for me because I consider that the veterinarians of this place have always been excellent.
They never wanted to give me the name of the receptionist who took care of me badly and they also denied me that the manager was in the place to be able to talk to her, when I was leaving I could see that she was in the place and when I got off to be able to talk to her, she was super aggressive.
Later I called on the phone to once again try to reschedule my dog’s appointment, but the manager was in a super bad position and accusing me in addition to saying bad words while I was in the office, being that she was never there, and there was the other receptionist and also my daughter as a witness, who saw that the situation was not like that.

We recently transferred the care for our two boys to Puget Park Veterinary Clinic and we're so happy with the care they provided. The front desk team was super friendly, they even joked around with us about how one of our dogs was reacting to a cat in the waiting room. We were seen promptly and the entire appointment for both dogs was efficient and personable. One of our dogs has some fear aggression at the vet and they were very understanding and accommodating. Just a great experience from start to finish.

Vets are caring, office staff are nice. They don’t do speciality stuff but for general clinic needs they are good. (I have dogs w/issues and have to be referred out for their stuff)
