“A nice, big and clean gym. I like how there are lots of room in between the machines. The staff are friendly. They don't have very many cleaning stations. Not a crowded gym when I went in the afternoon yesterday during the week. I like how its next to a Fred Meyers.. I can do my grocery shopping after working out ?”

“A wonderful place to work out. Everyone who works here (and even the other patrons) are supportive and kind. Monet is usually the instructor when I come. She's so genuinely passionate and energetic that you can't help feeling the same way.”

“CrossFit Advantage staff are very knowledgeable, and care about their members. Teaching the appropriate form is very important to them. The coaches provide alternative movements as you continue improving the skill. They are very prepared, and organized every week. They keep their members engaged with activities (group outings, or healthy challenges throughout the year), and communicate daily. The Saturday workouts are a surprise, challenging, and fun!I enjoy the group workout format. It keeps me motivated to keep pushing through the workout whereas I would have stopped if I were to workout on my own. Everyone who attends is very encouraging.”

“I very much appreciate how spacious the gym is. You don’t feel like you are smashed right up next to the next person and that everybody is staring at you because it’s such a big place. All the staff is very nice, the equipment is always very clean as are the locker rooms and bathrooms. I just love working out here and I never thought I would say that about a gym.”

“Big iron allows 24/7 access via a key fob for all members, it's the only option in the riverside (old Town Everett) with that option. It's a mom & pops facility (so the exterior, interior, staff - present during traditional business hours all reflect a style & aesthetic lacking in say a generic corporation). They're in Seattle too, you can have a dual membership and I believe they opened a 3rd gym since I 1st became a payee for 1 of their clients. My experience with the husband, wife, and lovely blonde named Brooke that seems to be the GM at the Everett location have always been wonderful. Nice people, nice gym, and excellent addition to the revolting ever-rott area ?”

“While I haven't spent much time there the time I has spent has been met with plenty of amenities and a very clean environment. As well as rooms for working out and even spots to relax the building also houses practice and performances for both the band and the basketball teams.”

“I love the convenience of its location, it's clean, the staff are great, and that there are so many different machines to target individual muscles. Then it's lovely to end the workout with a tan and hydro bed.”

“I just joined but I'm pretty excited to be a member! Dallas is my guy! He got me all set up with the right type of membership for me, then we did a great walk through work-out and got me set up on a plan. He's super helpful, positive and sincere. I'm also excited about the pool and hot tub, but ALSO that they have family swim times plus swim lessons (through 7 Cs Swim School) and it's all less expensive than the Y. If you want to check ECA, make sure to ask for Dallas.”
