Threatened me because I asked for a different style of hair cut.
Brain(A Black American man) threatened me because I asked for a fade instead of layered cut. He literally was telling me that he’s not going to do that and was standing upon me forcing to accept what he said. Threatened me multiple times close to 5 times looking me in the eye and standing over me saying “Do you understand me, I’m not going to give you a fade cut.. what are you gonna do? Do you understand me? That’s good n…!”
I was being very polite in my posture and he did everything in the world to trigger me and it’s giving me nightmares to this day. I’m unable to come to a closure on his behavior because I don’t want anyone else to be in that position for a service that you’re paying for in this country. I am never going to this store or recommend anyone and I’m strictly asking the admin to take an action against him.
I have talked to the local admin(Erica) of this Great clips and I hope they take a disciplinary action against him. Not sure if I would take an extra step to sue but this is very unsettling to me as a customer. I can email the same thing to great clips as well.

In the past, I've always gotten very good haircuts at this salon, but today I got the worst haircut of my life (and I'm 69 years old). I suspect that the guy who cut my hair has been working less than a week. In addition to a bad haircut, the experience was terrible, being spun around in a chair until I was dizzy, and being hit in the head with combs and clippers as if my head was a pinata. I don't know who's doing the hiring for this salon, but they should lose their job and the barber who cut my hair should think about a different career path.

Terrible customer service. New African American (forgot his name) stylist there has terrible communication and did a terrible job with my little brother's haircut. Unfortunately I wasn't there with my brother but when we went back they didn't even offer anything to compensate for the terrible service and cut. Never going there again and won't ever recommend that place on 134th ever again.

Aight guys, ima keep it a buck. This place is alright. You know some of the cuts can be inconsistent, but it's okay, I'll just keep my hood up for the next 3 days. But sometimes, the haircut turns out great ? and I can embrace my fresh cut. The last time I got a haircut here, it was phenomenal! I think Titi was the one that cut it. Now ima get another one soon, maybe like a week and I do hope it goes like the last one ?? because I like a good taper and last time they delivered. One of the main problems though is that most of the time they like cut my hair too short because when it's wet then it's straight and they cut it to the right measurements you know but when I'm at school and it's dry then it gets all wavy and appears shorter. But that's one of the main bigger problems another one is that sometimes when I ask for a mid taper they don't really give a mid taper it's more of a fade, and they seem to do that almost every time. Other than that, I've been going here for as long as I can remember for getting a haircut, and I'll probably continue on for as long as I'll remember. When I did get a haircut last time, though, I think it was titi that cut, so she's a good cutter. I'm gonna put a pic of the good cut, I wanna emphasize that the part that i like about it is the taper part where if you look closely you can see that theres a line on the side where the hair is longer. That's about it. I hope you guys have a wonderful day and 8/10. would still recommend ??

My wife took my 4 years old for hair cut to 134th PL Everett location. They weren't able to give him hair cut because he was fussy. The lady didn't want to charge for hair cut but supervisor at that location forced her to charge the amount and ask us to comeback when the person who is usually cut his hair is avialble. We showed up today for hair cut, the supervisor told us that we are going to charge again because you are coming after 7 days. She never mentioned about 7 days limit when we were originally charged. I forgot to take Supervisor's name so I called the store to ask for supervisor's and owner's name to file complaint, they hung up thrice and blocked my phone number.
