So basically I go to Costco in shoreline for the past like 20yrs with no problem…ppl are so nice .I don’t understand what is up with Costco in Everett … everyone is so rude and of course they have these ppl who come and try to help you and put out the fires … but most ppl super rude no courtesy whatsoever .So I come in with my Costco app and try to scan my $1000.00 worth of groceries and they tell me that on my app my picture is not showing and that my husband’s picture is showing … no one has ever complained of this in shoreline location… I told them that he is the account holder And that I’m also added in the account so that we can both use the card …They don’t understandNot only that but their question is why is he not here ?????Like none of your business on why is he not hereHe won’t come and he is notWhy do you careAnd if this is your app’s faulty function to not bring up my pic that is not my faultSo I’ll go ahead and put out a complaint to their cooperate offices … and when I try to explain this this this short chubby girl , she plainly looks at me like a statueIt is not that there was a problem but the way they handled itTheir store dirty , crowded and you can barely pass through without being bumped by other customers because of all the extra boxes they have placed instead of leaving enough space for their customers to pass through… Their products all close to expiration date and had to double check every thing before pickingDon’t go here ….

Attendents do nothing and it's a mess try a different gas station this one is not well maintained and you might have to wait half an hour just to get gas avoid this costco gas station there are plenty out there.
