Nika is absolutely wonderful! She lights up the room the second you walk in the door. I've never had such a positive experience at a bank, and I've never even had a negative one here. She goes above and beyond! Thank you for making me smile, Nika! You are stunningly amazing!

Compared to my previous bank which was Wells Fargo, chase is a 100% better. Wonderful staff who are always helpful. Couldn't be happier.

Good bank, customer service is good but the only issue is they never answer the phone even when there so slow inside.
