Front desk was very polite as i spent $1500 with them. we signed agreements, paid in full and they never fully installed my wife's stereo. They were suppose to call when they received the final parts they needed, never did. been about five months now. waste of time

Good product selection, up sell is low key. Technicians are very willing to discuss procedures and findings. Install was done within specified time. Would go again if needed.

The installer Travis was very good. Took the time to explain what he did, how everything works, operates and extremely talented at doing the install. The staff are attentive and helpful.
