Took advantage of my wife while she was under duress due to her father's death by ignoring the $30.00 Expedia reservation I made for her and slipped her a $140.00 a day contract. Disgusting.

I called to ask a very simple question about a remark on my reservation that stated "Local customers only," as I had booked a reservation at what I thought was an airport location. The man who answered the phone was rude and seemed unable (possibly intoxicated) to answer the fairly simple question. When he was unable to capture the confirmation number I shared several times he became frustrated. I had told him its okay and he might be able to simply answer the question without capturing the numbers I was repeating. He then became aggressive and hung up on me. I would never do business with this location and someone in a supervisor role should figure out who this employee is, as they are a real liability for the company and customers. I have a corporate account as well for my business and will be moving it to Enterprise after this experience. Tens of thousands invested in Budget rentals and there is no place to encounter such behavior as a loyal, patient and understanding customer.

I rented a car twice from here and while the car was fine the customer service has been horrible. The hours aren’t correct they are open until 8pm. If you call their number they do not answer, literally ever! I’ve tried 9 times now and it just goes to their national customer service line. While the national people I spoke with were helpful, they couldn’t check lost and found for me or answer a question about car pick up. Incredibly disappointed because this location is so much more convenient. Sadly renting here is a headache and not worth it. Truly hope Budget prioritizes ensuring there’s a number that actually works when calling their locations. I’ve never had a store just not answer their phone over and over. They also have another number posted on their door, that’s rarely answered too.

A reservation for a van or moving truck means absolutely nothing. This must be frustrating for staff but does not excuse treating a customer with disrespect. He would not even look up my reservation because “Amazon” has all the vans in the state. He could not explain why there was a van in front of the building and claimed “there is not a van on this lot.” Oh well, Uhaul guarantees a reservation and has a truck ready to pick up when you arrive, I had no idea this was not the policy at Budget. According to the manager the reservation only holds the price for you. Lesson learned.

I had rented a car months in advance, responded to confirmation text the day before pick up. Got there the day of pick up and the car I had reserved was not there and there was nothing left to rent because they had sent my car along with the rest of their inventory to Seattle because of Seafair, without really checking what was rented already. The women at the counter didn't really seem to care that much and when I indicated that it wasn't my fault and that I shouldn't be penalized the woman waiting on me said "well it's not my fault either" in a very defensive and frankly, snotty tone. The only thing left on the lot was a 7 seat GMC, basically the GMC version of the suburban that was totally inappropriate to my needs so I left with no car at all. I wouldn't rent from Budget of Everett again if they were the last car rental agency on earth and my life depended on it.

Extremely unfriendly, unhelpful and lying staff! For genuine mistake I made and for which I apologized multiple times, they made me feel worse and went on blaming me for being very cheap. I don’t think they would have told these things to a white person.Also, Car’s interiors are always Dirty, stinky and unhygienic. Food spills and stink makes if very difficult to sit in.

I’m not renting from here. Main reason; staff. It appeared that either they are overworked and/or not seem to listen intently what customers are asking as they appear to brush of questions! While returning the car, front desk almost didn’t care to explain charges while I was about ask for it. Car rented was decent though (silver lining)

Do not rent here if you want quick, friendly service, clean, well-maintained vehicles, or predictable prices.Rented a cargo van that had the back door busted and doesn’t lock. Cab was filthy. Driver seat was broken. And waited nearly thirty minutes to return.Girl behind the counter had the audacity to ask me to pay for less than half a gallon of gas. And then when I told her all the issues with the truck she rudely told me that “it was a simple question” if I wanted her to charge me for the gas. No regard or comment on how awful my experience was.Glad my moving is done and I don’t have to deal with them again!

The worst car rental all staff claim to washing vehicles and leave customers unattended. When one the customers went to talk to one female staff she rudely replied "am busy"

First, the car size I booked in advance and prepaid was not ready or available at the time of pick up. It was intended for my elderly mother who is not able to get into a low-profile sports car which I was offered instead. I had to wait when someone returned a bigger car. What if nobody did?Second, upon returning of a car, I kindly asked employees to give me a 7-8 minute ride back home. It just happened so that I could not find anyone to help me. Employees refused. Not even a simple human courtesy. After I turned rental car in, I was treated like someone of no further value, just ignored. I had to walk home in a burning sun.Let me mention that I had rented from Budget several times during past two months. This incident makes me think to turn to such companies like Enterprise for future rents.Leonard Manevich,Journalist.

Just had to swing by on July 4th, they stayed open past their early release time to make sure we were taken care of. Would have been a disaster if not for their incredible customer service.

I booked my car 3 days in advance through the website. Tried to call them for 3 days during the working hours to confirm. They never picked up my call till the morning of car pickup, that's when they told me the car is not available. I was already on my way.I understand you can get overbooked but atleast have the professionalism of informing me a night before. There was this group who booked three months in advance, they had to wait for 2 hours, untill somone checked in to return a car. My first and last business with them.

Made a reservation two weeks in advance. Less than 24 hours before the pick up time, I was called and told that there is no truck..I have scheduled everything around the reservation and now i have to pay camcellation fees for my movers because i have no truck. Worst customer experience ever, didn'tapologize or find alternative. Stay away from this company unless you are willing to get canceled at any time.

Quick and friendly service. They know how to get you in and out fast. They also offer shuttle service to and from the airport. Whoever is running this location should be proud of the job they're doing. Thanks, Budget Team!

In and out quickly and easily. The guy who checked me and the car was awesome and the young woman at the counter thinks she's "weird that way", whatever that means after me politely saying her tee graphics were nice. Nothing personable, really, just a young woman doing her job.Best part was it was a nice establishment, clean, and quick! I do recommend it!
