They met me where I was at and were kind to a slightly out of shape person. I got a good work out and an even better sweat.

I am pretty new to yoga and Bent Yoga is my first studio that I have tried. Bent Yoga is so wonderful. They have friendly staffs, several classes to pick in a day, and a clean studio. Highly recommended!

(Class temperatures vary from 85 – 105 degrees.)
